From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and professional. Our room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly styled with every detail thoughtfully considered. The bed? Like sleeping on a cloud. The on-site dining was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options and a breakfast buffet that left us spoilt for choice. Amenities like the pool, spa, and gym were pristine and relaxing. Location-wise, it was perfect—close enough to explore the city, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. We felt pampered from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service.

great location easy walk to the river cute local market across the road and central market about a 12 minute walk. bright rooms great water pressure in shower

the fitness center treadmill wasn’t working correctly no balls to stretch on a few more hand weights would be useful. the room could use independent reading lights better light switches. a towel rail for hanging and drying things. but all really very nice i sill return

good location. Big bed. Breakfast was included. Pool was a definite highlight and cocktails by the pool too. I generally liked staying here and It was my most expensive accomodation this trip and I'd rate it higher if not for the "mould issue".

It has to be said that my room: ROOM 2003 probably has a black mould issue as I can smell it after living in houses in Australia with the issue. They need to tear apart that bathtub and check it as I'm pretty sure the mould is living around the bath tub. Its not silicon moulded around the edges and water would leak into those gaps and its the right environment for black mould. Very bad. HUGE ISSUE for me. I couldn't be bothered complaining so I shut the bedroom door when I slept but I didnt like it one bit. For such a premium sort of accomodation - I found it totally unacceptable. So.. silkotel needs to ensure their rooms are properly cleaned. That bathtub...

Staff wonderful, room was lovely, breakfast was great value. 2 pools, happy hour 4-6 buy 1 get one free. 2 min walk to old town, close walking distance to night markets, river, restaurants & coffee shops. Easy access for transport & grab. Even the sky's gave us a great view. We loved our stay & would certainly recommend. Thank you Silkotel for making our stay that little bit more special ❤️

Mattress was a little firm for my liking and could do with a mattress topper, but it was not an issue.

- Location, short walk to old town - breakfast not big variety but they have what required for breakfast - staff are helpful - swimming pool - buy one get one free spa treatment - AC are cold - did requested twin bed while booking made, however they didn't receive the request, but sorted out quickly and provided us a twin bed room

This hotel ticked all of our boxes! It was in a great location, it was great value for money and the staff were super friendly/helpful. The hotel had 2 pools which were stunning, the option to use their bicycles for free and extras like a buffet breakfast. The variety of food was fab and the hotel room itself was also clean and tidy. I would recommend the Silkotel to anyone travelling to Hoi An.

I honestly wouldn’t change a thing. We were surprised it wasn’t a 5 star resort. The city itself was captivating so if we ever come back to Vietnam we will for sure rebook this hotel.

Everything was fantastic at The Silkotel Hotel &Spa. Their attention to detail makes it a hotel a cut above the rest. The staff from the moment you step out of your transport, to reception, pool, restaurant and room cleaning services were efficient, welcoming and happy. The location really suited us as it was only metres from the entrance to the Old Town and with free bikes it was easy to ride to the beach but a free shuttle was also available. We noticed how courteous they were to some of the more difficult guests even when they didn’t deserve it. They take great pride in keeping the hotel and grounds spotless. We were delighted with our choice of hotel and look forward to returning. Highly recommended and Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so memorable. 🌸😘

great location near the river and main market but next to a fab local market as well

not sure. no longer have their shuttle service to the beach. mainly for large groups. the lighting in the rooms needs adjusting reading lights woukd be useful

It's very central and we can walk everywhere. It looked very pretty with all the Christmas decorations, lanterns and lights and the staff are excellent. It's our second stay at the hotel and we will hopefully be back in the future.

There was not anything we did not like at the hotel, sadly it was the rainy season so stopped us walking as far as we may have done had it been good weather. Will chose the time of year better next time when it's the dry season.
