Reception staff were helpful, the room was comfortable and the availability of laundry facilities for guests was a bonus. The bus into Avignon is very close and is cheap to use, while the hotel is within walking distance of the TGV station (the reason for our booking this facility)

There are no shops close by, with the nearest being the shopping centre which is quite a distance away if you don't have a car.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and more than helpful.

The area around the hotel seemed a bit dangerous or at least desolate after six in the afternoon.

perfect except for unexpected ‘city tax’ of €12! for one night

Close to the TGV Station, we stayed one night each to continue our journey next day. Anstoundingly cheap, it was a positive surprise. Everything was uncomplicated, communication was good and we got in in the middle of the night without problems. One out of two stays we had a balcony even, this was pushing it up to another level, but only few rooms offer this. The other time, the room was still nice. Also well enough equipped, the Hotel-Appartment-Mixture is wonderful for us.

It is a short walk from TGV and about same from McDonald in the opposite direction. There is no restaurant but some pre-packaged meals can be purchased from Reception and there is a drink vending machine. A jug or iron is available on request. Breakfast catered to all tastes. Having the fridge, microwave etc was very handy and the room was very comfortable for 4 nights.

Although it didn't cause a problem the slowness of the motion lighting to activate in a long dark corridor, entered through self-closing swing doors, just didn't create a welcoming atmosphere. Suppose the well worn carpet added to that.

Good location for accessing TGV. Room was big and clean. Suited our purpose exactly.

On weekends, the desk is closed and the front door locked from the inside between 12.00 and 14.00. I know check-in is not till later, but relief from the heatwave to sit inside would be nice. There are no cafe options for a long way.

Didn’t get code to property to enter. Arrived after 9.00pm as stated when booking. If it wasn’t for another guest, we would have been sleeping outside!! No complimentary water, tea/coffee on arrival and nowhere to purchase any as we arrived after 9 (as stated on booking)

Great location close to TGV (but far from city centre and central railway station). Good to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Nice that some convenience meals were available in the lobby.

There was a percolator machine but there were no filters. It seems inconvenient to have to buy a whole pack of filters for one morning's use. Plus there were no supermarkets nearby. Also, there was no kettle. Would have preferred a kettle and a selection of tea bags and instant coffee sachets. There did not appear to be any supermarkets nearby and only one restaurant (in a hotel) within walking distance. Also, would have liked instructions for the microwave. Took a great deal of trial and error to make it work.

The room was great and even had a kitchen area with all essential equipment necessary to make a meal. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and everything was fresh. Parking we didn't need as we were returning our hire car to its base at the TGV station. The Receptionist Ophelie was very helpful and spoke excellent English which made for a smooth stay.

Private parking extra but worth it as parking near the hotel is very busy, breakfast was great, quiet and just right selection
