Location! Easy access to bus line into the city. The staff was very helpful! The shower was excellent and the bed comfortable. I felt safe in this place.

The bathroom could use a vent or fan because if was stuffy.

Excellent location for what we needed (close to TGV for late night arrival). Super comfortable beds and delicious continental breakfast. Incredibly helpful staff who couldn't have been more accommodating - taxi bookings, early breakfast, luggage storage. Thank you a million times over!

My room was at the second floor and you have to use stairs. Ask for a ground floor room if you have mobility issues.

Comfortable room with suitable facilities for the price. Bus transport nearby. Manager went out of the way to ensure I had information I needed and in English.

The space to walk and move between the bathroom and bedroom was very small and constraining. The hotel itself was 40 minutes walk from the centre of Avignon.
