Nice room but quite small. but very good AC (weather was exceptionally hot). Breakfast had nice choice of juices, fruits , bread, meat and cheeses. outlook on to square was nice ( previous stay looked on to yard at back of hotel). Perfect location for a stroll into town and nearby restaurants, shops. Perfect parking on the square outside the hotel. Lovely musical evening with wine bar in the old cloisters in the town.

Shower tray had no lip - so it was easy to end up with bathroom floor very wet indeed.

The room was comfortable with hanging space and a safe. The hotel was immediately opposite a car park which was helpful and within easy walking distance of the old city and the river. There were numerous bars and restaurants very close by. The breakfast was wonderful with a huge range of options including beautiful fresh bread, croissants, pastries, cold meats and cheeses and fresh fruit. It is also easy to access from the main roads around Bergerac.

The hotel is a little tired and could do with redecoration and a lot of TLC.

Lovely well equipped rooms with comfy beds and pillows. Air conditioned which was a must in August. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff. Ideally located to explore the historic town. Would stay again.

Everything was lovely. If I was to be picky, a small fridge in the room would have been good for water etc.

The staff where excellent nothing too much trouble, excellent breakfast with a lot to choose from . Hotel located very close to the centre and parking was metres away and low cost. We where upgraded to a bigger room which was nice.

Hotel a little dated but was ongoing upgrade by new owners. So future it may be better looking in the near future. Unfortunately the weather was poor so didnt help for our weekend stay. No thanks

Very comfortable bed and good shower. There was a kettle to make tea. The best thing was having air conditioning when France had a heatwave and temperatures of 38°. The location was ideal and quiet. Staff were lovely and so helpful. This was all at a very reasonable price.

Nothing it was great

Excellent location, very close to city centre, restaurants, cafes, tourist areas, receptionist spoke very good English. Great choice of continental breakfast, bonus having a balcony in the room.

Could do with a toaster for breakfast. A mini fridge in the room would be ideal.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and really made us feel welcome. Nicely situated and clean.

The only little thing would be the lack of tv channels in different languages (maybe BBC World News would be a nice one to have). However if we could use Amazon Prime or Netflix as shown on the TV that would have been a nice extra to have (obviously logging in to our account)

Comfortable mattresses. Heating and airconditioning. Couldn't turn the heat off for the towel bar, but it was nice to have warm towels. The location is unbeatable. We like having breakfast at Cafe Richard. Really good cafe au lait just up the street.

Sound proofing. The room got a little too hot with the towel bar not turning off. No extra blankets. I don't use duvets as they are too hot.

The Girl on reception was lovely, very friendly and helpful.

The shower was broken and wouldn’t hang on the wall. It’s an easy fix, come on guys, very lazy!! Also said there were EV charge points which is why I booked it. They don’t have any! Very naughty.

Great location. Easy parking. Good size.

Only two things wrong, room was a bit smelly when we arrived. Open window while we were out and that helped. No extraction or ventilation in bathroom, so was very stuffy.
