The hotel is situated 5 minutes walk from the train station so day trips to Bordeaux and Sarlat were easy. There is a bakery and large supermarket in the next street for ease as well as a pharmacy. The hotel is located in a quiet area just 5 minutes walk from the old town. It is kept immaculately clean, the rooms are compact but perfectly functional. The window shutters help with a fantastic nights sleep and there’s plenty of storage. The pool area was beautiful and restaurant modern and bright. Staff work incredibly hard to keep this hotel in top condition.

The manager was very welcoming (and fit: he carried my very heavy case upstairs - note: no lift) with great speed! AND he spoke English! The room was clean and mainly comfortable. I'd just mention 2 niggles: the pillows were very saggy and there wasn't much space to put toiletries in the shower room. The actual shower was excellent- once I'd worked out how to use it. N.B. there is no shower cap so if you want to use the overhead 'rain shower' take your own. The other smaller shower packs a punch though. The loo was separate, which is also a plus. The breakfast was good: bread, pastries, cereals, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, coffee and fruit juice. Parking is secure and on ground level. It costs 5€ per day. (Oct '24) The hotel is situated 5 minutes walk from the town centre. It is an interesting old town with splendid buildings and lots of cafés and restaurants to suit all budgets.

The rooms had recently been refurbished and there were old photos on Booking.com. The beds were super comfy and we hadn't expected a kettle in our room so that was a very pleasant surprise- the hotel is 10mins walk to the centre of the old town and 5mins from the railway station so its easy to access Bordeaux, Sarlat etc for exploring further afield. Water dispenser on the bar allowed you to have fresh drinking water and you were able to fill gin sized bottles to take water to your room- ecologically sound as well as convenient

Great location , near station and town. Hotel staff very helpful and hard working. Room was average size and very clean. Pool was great in the couple of days hot weather we had.

Hotel was great. We didn't have a car so getting from the airport was a challenge as we had to phone for a taxi as none at the airport - one of the car hire staff phoned and sorted it for us (€20 + tip) But just warning Bergerac is a small airport and doesn't seem as well connected by public transport as most we have been to.

Good little hotel in central location within easy walking distance to the main center of town. Rooms nice, comfortable, clean. There is a lovely pool area at the back of the property but as we were there in cold weather we did not use it. Onsite parking available at a small extra cost (5 Euros)

Entrance to the car park is very tight. We had a small 4x4 and it was a tight fit. Would not advise for larger cars. There are car parks nearby.

It definitely meets the expectations. We stayed over the weekend in Bergerac and because the weather was so lovely we decided the enjoy the pool on Saturday morning and it was great! The hotel provided us with towels as well. The location is not so central but it doesn't take more than 10 minutes to get to the historical center which is still really good! The staff very friendly. We didn't have breakfast in the property but the breakfast area looks very modern and cute. Our room was clean, can't complain about anything!

Very friendly,helpful staff. Good variety, quality breakfast at very reasonable price. The hotel has its owning private parking. The hotel also has its own outdoor pool around a grassy area with sun loungers and umbrellas and shade from trees.

It would be helpful if the information for the hotel made it crystal clear that there is no lift at all to the bedrooms which are all on first and second floor, which makes the hotel less suitable for customers with mobility issues. The shower is in “the bath type” and is awkward for anyone with more limited mobility.

Room was a great size and modern, my Mum used the pool which was beautiful despite the weather, we had breakfast one morning lots of continental options, the location is perfect for walking to the town to explore.

Nothing we could find fault with, we struggled with getting a taxi to the hotel from airport so maybe issue guests with some instructions on local transport options. No lift not sure if that is mentioned if your hotel info.

Really comfortable room, with quality furnishings and fittings. Warm welcome. Spotless. Good location with easy walk into the old part of the town, and a short walk from the railway station. We discovered a supermarket where we could get supplies for the day ( turn right out of the hotel, right again at the end of the road and the supermarket is on the left a little way down). Although there is free parking on the street and square adjacent to the hotel, we parked in the secure hotel car park at a cost of 5 euros a day - worth it for the leave of mind as we were leaving luggage in the car. Lovely quiet location.
