The room and facilities were clean and of a reasonable size. The breakfast was superb - pleasantly surprised to find scrambled eggs and bacon amongst the buffet. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Great position - off a main road outside Bergerac. Decent sized free car park. Lots of eating places within a kilometre or so.

Room would benefit greatly from a small fridge. Beds were on the short side. I'm 6ft tall and my feet hung off the end.

The room was basic but clean and well equipped. The self-service breakfast which was included in the price was excellent, including cereals, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, cold meats and cheese, and toast. We were too late to sample the cooked options. The staff were also happy to put my ice pack in their freezer overnight. Plenty of off street parking and a handy location for visiting Bergerac. The pool looked inviting although we didn't use it.

The air conditioning wasn't working on the floor where our room was. Not too much of a problem the day we were there but in hotter weather it would have been an issue.

The location was excellent , restaurants very close too , within walking distance . The room was comfortable . Coffee and tea making facilities within the room is excellent , makes a huge difference

The décor seems tired and could do with touching up , stairs narrow to carry cases, Our room had thick nets but although there was a double track there were no 'proper' curtains . No seating area downstairs . It used to be the Kyriad Hotel , presumably it will be completely brought up to date eventually/

Great breakfast choices and large dining room. Swimming pool. Friendly helpful staff. Food and beer shops very nearby.

Nothing in particular. As an ex Kyriad run establishment you can expect good facilities but early risers 06.30 onwards can be annoying but it is mainly for overnight business users so to be expected.

It is modern and clean with good facilities especially the pool and loungers. The staff were incredibly helpful and even upgraded us to a room with air conditioning free of charge as it was extremely hot.

The location is ideal for easy journey to Bergerac airport, it is a 9 minute drive which is ideal, however, there isn’t much else in the area other than a few restaurants. The road is busy and not easy to walk places.

Great value for money. The lady at reception was really kind and accomadating. I asked if I could have an electric kettle and she retrieved one alongside more tea, coffee and biscuits. Very clean. Bed was really comfortable. Ideally located for the city centre and the airport. It had a heated swimming pool too.

Fo a budget hotel, it was extremely clean and comfortable. Appreciated the suggestion of where to eat whilst avoiding having to drive again. Breakfast was plentiful.

Would have preferred proper cups (rather than paper) for hot drinks.

Very nice friendly staff, good parking, comfy ensuite room and a lovely pool.

There was nothing to dislike really, maybe a better selection for breakfast and make sure everything replenished when needed. We thought Le Roxane is a work in progress so will improve.

Good location for visiting Bergerac, Eymet and Issigeac. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was very tired looking and needs some work.

Just a one night stop over place. Everything was fine. The pool was great after a long day riding in the heat. It's not the nicest of locations, but easy to get to. A good breakfast.
