The room was comfortable with hanging space and a safe. The hotel was immediately opposite a car park which was helpful and within easy walking distance of the old city and the river. There were numerous bars and restaurants very close by. The breakfast was wonderful with a huge range of options including beautiful fresh bread, croissants, pastries, cold meats and cheeses and fresh fruit. It is also easy to access from the main roads around Bergerac.

The hotel is a little tired and could do with redecoration and a lot of TLC.

The staff where excellent nothing too much trouble, excellent breakfast with a lot to choose from . Hotel located very close to the centre and parking was metres away and low cost. We where upgraded to a bigger room which was nice.

Hotel a little dated but was ongoing upgrade by new owners. So future it may be better looking in the near future. Unfortunately the weather was poor so didnt help for our weekend stay. No thanks

The staff were absolutely wonderful and really made us feel welcome. Nicely situated and clean.

The only little thing would be the lack of tv channels in different languages (maybe BBC World News would be a nice one to have). However if we could use Amazon Prime or Netflix as shown on the TV that would have been a nice extra to have (obviously logging in to our account)

Comfortable mattresses. Heating and airconditioning. Couldn't turn the heat off for the towel bar, but it was nice to have warm towels. The location is unbeatable. We like having breakfast at Cafe Richard. Really good cafe au lait just up the street.

Sound proofing. The room got a little too hot with the towel bar not turning off. No extra blankets. I don't use duvets as they are too hot.

The Girl on reception was lovely, very friendly and helpful.

The shower was broken and wouldn’t hang on the wall. It’s an easy fix, come on guys, very lazy!! Also said there were EV charge points which is why I booked it. They don’t have any! Very naughty.

Clean, quiet, fabulously located. Very comfy bed, great continental breakfast with decent selection of fresh produce. Kind and helpful staff.

Couple of minor jobs in the en-suite bathroom- needs updating.

Close to the town .Cheap safe parking just across the road

Theres nothing not to like about the property .Just needs a little TLC on the stairs and landing .Apart from that its really good

Very good location, friendly and professional staff. A short walk from the old town in quiet neighbourhood.

Currently being modernised some some disruption by builders

The location was great, 10 mins walk to the centre of Bergerac, the hotel was quiet and the staff were lovely and friendly.

No complaints.
