The apartment with balcony is more like two bed room apartment because the living room has its own door which can be closed for more privacy and the sofa when opened is same as two seprate beds and its compfortable, To go to the bed room you dont have to go through the living room The apartment has only one toilet outside of both rooms, The sink and the bathtube in one place and the toilet in another place, The kitchen is nice,with everything you need to cook your meal They do have connecting rooms like room number 503 and 505 but it is not clear how to reserve it. To use the shared washing machine you must down load Wewash application and add up a pyment methode to it, for washing it costs 5 Euro and the drayer 4 Euro. breakfast was delicious and cost 17 Euro and the parking 20 Euro but i didn't used it. some restaurants , cafe and grocery store are located around the Metro line1 station about two minutes walking. In general We liked our stay and I will stay again and recomend it for Family and friends.

Some male receptionest not very friendly and they never smiles. Therer is no one to help you with your lauggage. One night i called from my room to ask about how to turn on the heater, a lady answered and said they don't have heater system in the hotel, Wich i found out is not true the next morning when talking to the reception. cleaning the rooms is once a week. but you can get any thing you want from the reception like extra towels or linen.

I like the location of the property, its cleaniness, its proximity with Metro Line 1, it was value for money, it basically met all our expectation, etc. A special thank you to a lady called Frida and to a technicien (Asian looking), these two people made it very easy for us to settle in the apartment. they were great my helpful.

At the reception desk, in a week I have seen more than 6 different people with different attitudes. Some were kind and helpful, others had a bad attitude and seemed unbothered to assist clients.

The apartment is pretty much like the pictures although the lay-out is hard to tell from the pics and is a bit funny. In our apartment the kitchen was in the hallway, right when you walk into the apartment then there were 2 rooms on one side (living room & bedroom) and bathroom & toilet on the other side. At the end of the hall was a small storage room. Positive points especially for families/ groups of friends: - there are 2 rooms, each with it's own door. The living room has a pull out couch with 2 separate beds that pull out with a gap between them. Not so nice for a couple but great for kids or friends who don't want to share a bed. - the bathroom and toilet are separate - plenty of floor space to put suit cases with a small storage room at the end of the hall and space in each of the rooms. also decent closet space in the bedroom. - the kitchen is very small but has everything you need including a dishwasher. Ours was clean. In terms of utensils it was a bit sparse but we managed to prepare some simple meals. - the beds felt new - a bit hard, definitely not saggy. - the bathroom is really small with quit a high bath tub you need to step into - excellent water temperature and pressure. - The neighborhood is not scenic - it's a business district but you are literally steps from a convenient metro stop and a bridge that you can walk over to the Neuilly sur Seine neighborhood which is lovely with great restaurants. it's 45 min walk or 15 min metro to the Arc de Triomph.

We had a room on a low floor and the surrounding tall building blocked some of the light so the apartment was a bit dark although not extremely If you are senstive to noise maybe bring ear plugs - we didn't hear talking or music or anything like that, more some banging noises, footsteps, what sounded like furniture being dragged at certain hours of the morning. Not so much at night and it didn't bother us but if you are sensitive, good to know.

I liked almost everything. A coffee capsules, for example. Also it is really near the metro station.

It was hard to find the entrance. In the night the entrance from the garage is closed. And the address in the email brings you exactly to the garage. They need better instructions how to get to the door. They didn't provide us with the room of the requested quality. It was ordered the room with the balcony, but we were provided the one without the balcony. Also it would be important to know that the hotel is in another transport zone than the city center. So, if a person has a ticket to zone 1, he will not be able to get there.

Clean and good value. The bed was very comfortable.

The view. Room with a balcony was not worth the extra cost. The view was a dilapidated tower block opposite.

Hotel is great, the facility is very well equipped, very near the modern Paris - La defence, Metro is close. Room was clean, quiet, very comfortable.

The only downside is, that taxi (Uber, Bolt, booking.com) can not come to the hotel, but leave you on the street and you need to walk a little bit to the entrance. Only "official" taxis are allowed to come to the hotel entrance. We had difficulties to get the taxi on our way to the airport. Taxi we ordered through booking.com did not come on the way to the airport, we had to take the taxi in front of the next hotel.

Location was very good , 2 minutes to metro station , very nice big mall within 10-15 minutes walk Room Size was good Team members of reception all are very cooperative and polite and help me how to book ticket to Disney land and other nice places in Paris

Shower room size is good , but floor need to be renovated There is no free bottle of water in Room Balcony need to be cleaned

Breakfast was not subscribed by me. Location of the facility is superb. Reason I choosed Citadines is becoz its just a 3 minute walk to the Metro Line 1 ( Esplanade La Defense station). Iam familiar with La Defense area as I had business meetings with a company whose head office is in the area many 2x years ago. You could have a nice walk from the facility to the Grand Arche (where M1 starts/ends) & marvel at the beatiful office buildings in this modern city of Paris.

The room door should have a stopper ( like a magnet) for it to be opened fully without holding it with hands do that the suitcases could be moved in easily. Also, there are connecting rooms for family

We were in town to watch Taylor Swift (!!) & wanted something close to the stadium.. it was perfect, attached to the metro which meant we could travel into the centre of Paris at our own leisure. Our room was on the smaller side but still perfect, everything we needed and then some for the price! The reception was really welcoming & the WiFi was excellent which was needed because my phone decided it didn't want to cooperate. 10/10!

The room (or in fact apartment) was very spacious and comfortable; we used also the kitchenet for cooking, and the dining table was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed.

The access to the parking was a bit difficult, but once you figure out all the turns and follow carefully the signs, it's not a problem.
