Mme Pourias was a very kind and helpful host despite the difficulty of neither of us speaking the others language, thank goodness for technology and a translator on our phone. She was attentive to my needs regarding breakfast, which were quite simple but options were offered. She was helpful with regards to places to go and things to do in the area and how to get there. Overall an excellent host whose house and gardens provide a very pleasant and relaxing place to stay that I would thoroughly recommend.
The one thing I did not like, and this is subjective as others may have a different view, I found the bed very uncomfortable, the mattress lacks depth and was very hard, the pillows were the opposite, too soft and lacking support. As said this is my personal opinion in comparison to what I am used to, others staying here may find this to their personal liking but it is the one thing I did not like. I actually put the cushions that were on the bed under the pillows to provide support for my head while sleeping.
