The room was exceptional for a motel-like facility. The room photos are accurate, though the lobby area looks more subdued. The breakfast was good for less than ten euros. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and shower very spacious. I didn't expect such luxuries in an a budget hotel that costs about USD85 per night. Free parking is an added plus. It works great for people traveling in their own cars.

The breakfast could be better.

Exceptional receptionist (thank you to the red haired lady!). Very helpful and friendly and spoke good English. Supermarket within walking distance, free parking and accepted our dog happily. Good value buffet breakfast, everything you’d expect from a continental breakfast. Good base to explore Ile de re etc by car.

Lighting in the rooms could be better and I couldn’t work the air con but otherwise great 👍

The room was comfortable and a good shower. Nice to have air con when it was so hot outside. Good breakfast and easy to walk into the centre of La Rochelle. We could leave our car at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was a little cramped but for an overnight stay it was ok.

Decent hotel with parking, very much like a Campanile. Comfortable bed, Bathroom ok. Adaquate breakfast for 9E. Helpful and friendly receptionist. 5mins walk from bus stop to get to La Rochelle port area, bus No4 every 15mins, last bus back is at 9.30pm.

Not very well insulated for sound, could hear people in adjacent rooms and traffic noise from road outside.

The bed was comfortable. The facilities were functional. I need to attend an internet meeting. The WiFi was stable and there was a good flat surface to use as a desk Melissa on reception was friendly and very helpful and spoke good English

Basic but clean and exactly what you want for an overnight stay. The staff were very helpful and were able to facilitate an early check-in The all you can eat buffet for breakfast was good value.

A 40min walk to old town. But it is very close to motorway so easy to find.

Perfect for someone traveling. Easy check in, parking in front of your room, great shower, air conditioning and really comfortable beds. The family room are two connecting rooms which is also ideal if you're traveling with children.

The only thing you don't get is the charming view of a costal city, location is not its strength..

All staff we met were friendly and welcoming with Mellissa at reception outstanding. The hotel has been refurbished and located close to main routes and in the outer town with a short drive or taxi to old town centre or a 15 to 20 minute walk.

The coffee machine provides a large choice of excellent coffees and teas. There was a selection of fruit juices, fresh bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, toast with various delicious jams. There is also a choice of cereals. It’s all self-service , I went back for a second helping.

I liked everything.

Close to the autoroutes, but not to the old town. It was very much a motel with easy parking. I had advised about my gluten free needs for breakfast in advance and I was catered for.

It was fine for a motel and we were just passing through.
