The family rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The onsite, underground parking was good value, spacious and safe with automatic lighting. The staff we encountered were friendly too. The automatic check-in machine was easy to use to get our hotel access and there was no issue checking in a couple of hours earlier than planned. The hotel is also on large commercial park, so loads of food to choose from for all meals! The most impressive part of the stay was after we left. We arrived at our next accomodation after the B&B Hotel Puilboreau to discover we didn't have our 6 year old son's most precious teddy "baby tiger" - I contacted the hotel and Mr Robichon was very generous and helped us to get the teddy back. He packaged and posted the teddy, while I organised the packing label and shipment with Chronopost. Communication was excellent throughout. Baby Tiger arrived safely back with our son yesterday, who was very happy about it!! Thank you for making our stay and aftercare another excellent experience and why I choose to stay in B&B hotels in France.

There was a slightly odd smell from the Aircon in room 251, but it wasn't terrible.

The property has everything you need and breakfast is very good. It is conveniently located with easy parking. Staff members especially the reception speaks very good English and have great history knowledge. The room has all that we needed and I would highly recommend this hotel

Location on the outskirts, free parking, the electronic check in system is available when the reception is closed. Staff is friendly. Clean and comfy rooms.

The breakfast could be a bit better but it included acceptable options.
