The rooms are very small but cozy. The shower is very comfortable. Close to the center and with 3 metro stations nearby. Various grocery stores nearby. Very clean, the room was cleaned every day. Extremely efficient air conditioning system. The parking recommendation proved to be a lifesaver. The parking is very close to the hotel and can accommodate cars up to 2.7 meters high. Ideal if you travel with a roof top box.

A refrigerator, no matter how small, would be useful. We visited Paris on hot days and some cold water would have been nice. On the ground floor it can be slightly disturbing to have other residents smoking in front of your room.

First of all was the Location. We have three options Sevres-Lecourbe, Cambrone and Voltaires and Bus stops are also just nearby. By Foot we can reach Eiffel Tower about 30 minutes, and by Line 6 the iconic instagrammable view from the train across Eiffel, Bir-Hakeim, Possey, and Trocadero. Such a good catch for a good Price! There are also Groceries, Fastfood Mcdo, Cafes and Restaurants. The Hotel Staffs were also accommodating 👍🫰We had a decent stay in Paris and i can only recommend this Hotel for couples who want a budget wise and centrally located hotel in the heart of Paris.

Our only concern was the sliding door in the Bathroom, it doesnt fully closed. So it was already chilly inside the room and inside the Bathroom. But overall, we are satisfied with our room and the Hospitality they have.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. In general the hotel spaces and the room are perfectly cleaned. The room space is very petit, but is general problem of the Paris area. The stuff is very helpful , many thanks to Anna-Maria for helping us during our stay. The hotel is very close to public transportation (Metro and bus stop). Additional bonus, in the corner there is perfect local bakery with perfect croissant and baguettes (if you will stay close it definitely worth to try). In case if you came from the country where you drink only bottle water take in mind that in Paris the tap water is totally fine, but in case if you only drink bottle water take a walk into supermarket and get bottles from there ( 50 cent per 0.5L bottle) in other case you may found your self to pay 3 euro per 0.5L bottle of water.

Location was great 5 mins from metro station, bathroom and shower very clean and functional. The bed was super comfy!

This is a very lovely hotel, with a truly friendly staff - particularly Wissam who has been very kind and compassionate to my wife and I as we rented our room to be close to the Necker hospital where our son had an important surgery done. Wissam and the hotel management also accepted to move our reservation at no cost on several occasions as the surgery date changed various times. They were very understanding. The room and facilities are very comfortable and clean, the location is convenient in the 15th and the room is quiet and suitable to rest if needed

We liked the location to nearby attractions as well as the staff. Annamaria was especially amazing! The room we got upgraded the next day to a much better and bigger room because ours didn't have AC working the night before. We loved the upgrade for rest of trip!

Noise in hallways can be an issue if people are walking and talking and slamming doors. Our last night there was a group that came in that was especially noisy in the hallways. However, I did talk to them and they were more quiet the rest of the night.

It was well maintained and clean. Its location was superb as it was near to Eiffel tower. Due to excess crowding the top of Eiffel tower was closed twice when we were in queue for tickets. We returned and went back again to try our luck. As it was near to Eiffel tower, it took less time and cost both to go back the Eiffel tower again.

The rooms were extremely small.

The stuff in the hotel especially Anna Maria was so friendly and responsive. I've been travelling a lot but can say that foe the first time i met such a great service in a 3 star hotel. Anna Maria was always ready to help with every single question. The room was nice and new and the bed in the room was so great that i didn't want to get up in the morning

Was a little bit far from all the main sightseeing locations. When the weather is nice it's a nice walk , but when it's nasty than the only option is the metro (that is very close to the hotel)

Great .location, nice breakfast room., comfortable bed. We requested a quiet room but actually enjoyed the children's chatter from the school opposite and the general community feel. Very good laundromat a few minutes walk away.

No tea or coffee making in room. Disposable drinking mugs not replaced during 4 nights stay.

Loved the receptionist. Very helpful and sweet. Hotel room was small but comfortable. Location was in walking distance to metro station and lots of great restaurants and shops. Eiffel Tower would be about 30 min walking but we used a metro. Parking garage is nearby (about 5 min walking) for €30/day
