Good location, very well connected to the center with metro line 5 (stops right in front of the hotel) - 10 mins to the Bastille. Small room, but comfortable bed and small but nice shower. The staff was very nice and helpful! Although our room faced the street, it wasn't noisy at all. There's a nice buffet breakfast if you choose (good coffee, frech croissant, cereal bread, pan au chocolat, egg, etc), but there's also a nice French bakery right on the corner (opening at 6 am), as well as a supermarket around the corner. :)

Great customer service; Achraf at the front desk was extremely helpful, giving us the rooms early, and even upgrading one of them. Very practical with the small enclosed parking garage, as we were going to Paris by car (that was also the reason for us getting a room right inside Boulevard Périphérique). The entrance to the Metro station (Ourcq) is literally at the footsteps of the hotel (10 metres away or so)! Unexpectedly spacious rooms - great value for money! OK kitchen equipment; great to have a fridge to pop things in. Cold water fountain in the reception for our water bottles was a nice touch. Will definitely try to book here again if going to Paris by car!

The shower cabin was a bit small to be honest. But all in all great value for money.

Great location near to Canal d'Ourq and La Villette which are both wonderful. Lovely courtyard/garden. The staff are really helpful and friendly.

We did not have breakfast because it was expensive and the breakfast room was not attractive. There is a really nice quiet courtyard garden in the hotel where it would have been nice to sit with a coffee and croissant. Perhaps the hotel can offer that as a breakfast option for those who don't want a big meal at the start of the day. There is a good, well-stocked cold drinks machine in the lobby; why not install a hot drinks machine?

We went fir a swim comp they let us check in early and also come backk fir a shower after at no extra cost ! Very friendly staff !!

The twin beds are so narrow !!! Laying on my back I couldn't even put my arms by my sides !! Also the room smelt of sewers but its Paris and to.be ho est it's a constant smell !!

Location was excellent. As an Australian I didn’t know Paris at all. Booked because it was so very reasonably priced. A laundromat across the road & a metro station made this a wonderful stay.

What stood out the most was that it was a last-minute booking, and the value for money was excellent. The atmosphere of the hotel was great, lively even in the evening. By "lively," I mean that the street had night shops, plenty of other stores, and restaurants, but it wasn’t noisy at all. It felt like a very peaceful neighborhood. If I’m correct, it’s also a Jewish area. The entrance to the metro stop was right in front of the hotel, which made getting around extremely convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Maybe the only downside were the beds, as they were not the most comfortable, and there were no slippers provided for the bathroom/toilet which is something you would easily expect.

Good, basic hotel. Great to have a kitchen! Surprisingly good price for Paris in the summer.

We know and love the area, but some might find it far from the center. Expect the hotel to have dorm/hostel vibes.

This apartment had all we needed, a little kitchen where we could make breakfast and a nice place to be close to the city. The best part is that it is right near the Metro so that we could easily get into the city.

We were very happy with it. The price was about half of what other places we were considering. You have to take the Metro to get into the center of Paris, but we were fine with that.

Not the fanciest one but very cozy and clean enough. Metro station just few meters away. Staff was friendly and you could leave your luggage to storage before and after chek in for free of charge.

Tv did not work in My room and for that they promised to try to find me a new room but never came back to it. Personally, I did not miss the tv enough to ask again so it did not bother me that much.

The staff was very helpful! We first had a room with a bed that had two mattresses, which we did not want. And even though it must not have been easy to accommodate our wishes in August when everything is full, they managed quickly to get us a new room. Rooms are basic but everything you need. The location is great, right next to the metro. Around are supermarkets and places to eat if necessary.
