I had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent – just a short walk from Gare de l’Est and Gare du Nord, with the metro station also very close, making it easy to get around the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Breakfast was simple but tasty and fresh. One of the highlights for me was the availability of coffee and hot chocolate from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM – a really nice touch! Also, free bottled cold water was available 24/7, which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this place!

The room was quite small and felt a bit cramped. It could have been cleaner – we found dust on the pillows stored on top of the wardrobe, which suggests those areas aren’t cleaned regularly. Also, one of the curtains was partially detached, which gave a slightly neglected impression.

Free water and coffee available at all times with a courtyard for the group to meet made a nice place to relax after being out touring. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good Wifi. Nice rooms.

Rooms around us were being renovated, which caused morning noise.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. Water was freely available (bottled) and Ic would make use of the hot beverages machine at will downstairs. The location was quiet but super close to the metro stations making travelling easily accessible. The bed was comfortable and they had plugs at handy areas. There was an extra duvet in the wardrobe and extra pillows. I loved having this little Parisian Balcony that had such a cute view of the street. Maps were also available at reception, and the concierge was so helpful- he even helped translate a conversation between myself and another when I arrived.

The heating wasn't the warmest however it wasn't too cold- a duvet was available and really, I could sit in normal wear without shivering and I was ourside most of the time. The shower water could have been hotter but since it didn't impact my stay much, I didn't bother making a complaint.

The staff were so welcoming and really helpful too. There was always someone at the reception and you could get free unlimited hot/ cold drinks in the reception which was a big plus. As expected with central Paris, the rooms are small but comfortable. The location is fantastic and really central. We did a combination of walking and getting the metro to places. Really lovely bars, bakeries and restaurants nearby. The metro is a couple of minutes away as is the canal. I travelled with my female friend and we both felt safe in the neighbourhood in the day and the night.

Great location. The hotel is perfectly located with access to transport and great restaurants at the doorstep. Recommend the wine bar across the street, La Bringue, for a great dinner and drink. The area is more local than tourist. You will find one of Paris' best bakery's, Du Pain et des Idées, just around the corner. The hotel provides a coffee machine down stairs that is accessible 24/7.

No air-conditioning is installed, the room was provided with a fan which was sufficient. Bit of street noise during the night, but that is the price you pay for the location.

The hotel is nice and well located. It is a budget hotel so yes rooms are very small and basic, but they are comfortable, quiet(we had two rooms-on the 4th and 5th floor) and clean. Location was good, it was possible to walk to most of the places or take a short metro ride. Staff were helpful and nice.

At check in receptionist said that our rooms were not paid while actually the payment was done more than a month in advance. After checking again, she admitted that the payment was indeed done. For the rest no issues with the staff so it was just a minor thing.

The location was fenomenal, personel was very friendly and helpful over all I'd say it's a perfect spot for a short trip! We really enjoyed the fact that the room was very warm (after long walks in a cold weather it was just perfect) yet we also had a balcony so we could easly cool down the room when it was needed. It suprisingly was a very quiet and the beds were comfortable. I must give a huge bonus for the availabilty of a coffee machine and botteled Water in the reception! It was to our use when we needed and we were very thankfull for that.

It, didn't really matter to us but it is worth mentioning if someone is planning a trip. The stairs are quiet narrow, steep and slanted they could be difficult for some people who have balancing problems or movement issues. There was an elevator but it was very narrow (one person + small lugagge). There was no kettel in the room (but you could get hot water down stairs if needed).

The hotel was located in a great area of Paris. It was very close to the metro and the main train stations. The area had excellent food options located nearby. It had free coffee in the eating area. It was a simple hotel better suited for a short stay or if you want a less expensive place to explore the city and you spend most of your time out exploring. The bathroom was well equipped and had all that was needed. The wifi was good and the bed comfortable. Noise levels were fine considering you are in a built up environment.

The hotel was a little dated. There were no tea making facilities or fridge in the room. Coffee and hot water was available in the foyer and as it was winter we could leave milk and yogurt outside as it was cold.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. There were complimentary water bottles and coffee in the lobby. The room was clean. The local area was amazing with a range of traditional and worldwide cuisines as well as markets, greengrocers and pharmacys. It is a 5 minute walk from Republique square which has all the big franchise restaurants and metro links. It's a two minute walk to the nearest metro station which is two stops away from Gare du Nord

The hotel is very close to a metro and to a market that's very equipped- monoprix. The staff is upmost welcoming and let us leave our luggage before the check in and offered to host it after the check out. We had free access to cold water bottles and hot drinks at any time of day and night, which we really appreciated. The room is a bit small but adequate for our stay. We highly suggest the hotel and the area and we hope to be their guests again soon!
