The Location was great and breakfast is fine

The isolation of windows are not enough that is why all car noise comes to inside. Additional bed was not comfortable. And the worst is, we arrived at 4 pm , our room was not ready yet. We had to wait 15 minutes at lobby. I was in hurry that is why insist and when we come up at room, there was still staff at room and filling up liquids at dispanser. Room was not ready at 4 o’clock

Location is so perfect and you can walk to any famous places to visit. The room was so clean. Breakfast was good and I had lots of options to eat or drink. They cleaned the room and changed the towel twice a day. I booked the room with Eiffel Tower and Arc, So I had great view to take picture and enjoy.

There is no bar in the hotel.

The location, the VIEW, and the breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts we have had in Europe. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The upgraded room was clean, larger, and even had a two person bath tub! The hotel is right in the middle of a high end shopping district with lots of good choices for dinner.

When we checked in they didn't have the room type that we booked available (Eiffel Tower view). Spoke with Djuanna at the front desk and she was extremely helpful in finding us an alternative room with a view. The only downside is they are currently renovating the hotel and there was scaffolding on the balcony and the occasional worker above our room. Fortunately they finished early and weren't there over the weekend.

Rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and clean.

Could not adjust the AC. We did not get the room we booked so they have us a connecting room. The room is connected via a little hallway. It was a bit akward with two small kids. Quite noisy outside and very thin walls but we are in a big city afterall.

safe environment, close to center, practical rooms, small but effective.

Metro and any other boulangerie is a little walk away yet it is hardly a negative point.

Perfect location- walking distance almost everywhere. Super Buddha Bar just 2 min of walking 🥰. Room was maybe a little small, but huge bathroom. Super big shower. Separate door + aeration window in toilet. Room was clean. Glad we took upper room with balcony as they are little bigger and quite newly renovated. Big spacious lift.

Unbelievably small closet to hang your clothes. As ironing board was taking also half the closet space and too few hangers. Balcony was in desperate need of renovation and chairs not suitable for sitting. Currently facade also under construction… so not so pretty view to Eiffel tower through scaffolding. Bed was really wide, but put together out of two beds and they didn’t really stay together well. Also they had no vase for my flowers, so we had to use trash can.

Simply very good value for money. Very comfy beds, perfect room temperature, incredible views from the top floor rooms with balconies.

The breakfast room lighting was a bit like a morg, very hostile. Also no gluten free bread or cereal.

The location is great, you can walk to any major attraction. The area feels great and safe, lots of designer shops near by. The staff are welcoming and kind. They let you drop off bags prior to checking in which was handy. The bed and room was comfortable and affordable considering Paris. I would recommend to stay here to anyone who is looking for a clean, comfortable and affordable room. We only stayed for 2 nights and they offered room cleaning service on our second day, we declined but got some fresh towels!
