It was near Metro and train station. Friendly staff. Room cleaned everyday, and everyday new towels. Almost everyghing was near, or every location that must be visited in paris. For a little incident they made me a "little gift" to make me feel better. Bed comfy. Nice breakfast

I'm not sure if the neirberhood was very safe. A little bit noisy bcs of the train station. One night someone was trying to open my room dor but it must have been a drunk guy. Anyway the reception guy came in time when I called him. They had to put cameras everywhere for more safety. A little bit expensive. The deposit of 100€ for damages not so nice but its their politics.

The hotel is good, clean, great location and the staff is very helpful. The hotel is near many shops bars and restaurants also easy to get the train and metro.

It's not that I didn't like but when we arrived at the hotel we have to leave a deposit. I was told that there is a note on the booking.com which I probably didn't pay attention when I was making the booking. I got the deposit back later after the check out so everything worked out grant.

We were a bit sceptic as we read comments about the small size of the room and bathroom as well as and the noise from the trains. We experienced none of these. The room we ended up staying in was okay and had a ‘normal’ sized bathroom for a city hotel. We’ve stayed in hotels in New York which were equal in size. The trains didn’t make that much noise. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and lived up to our expectations. The hotel is in an okay area and the walk to the metro station is short and safe. We however made the mistake of taking a wrong turning and ended up in a ‘not so good area’ but this having said no one bothered nor harrased us. It was just a notably different area. Metro number 7 takes you in about 20 minutes to the heart of Paris. We also felt safe walking back to the hotel in the evening. Price/quality equals out.

Nothing really

The overall environment even though it was a little walk from the train station. But since it was not in the immediate area of the train station, it was much quieter and "cleaner". Transportation was convenient. The entire hotel set-up was nice. The size of a single room was sufficient -- it was not a glorified closet!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The 15 Euro breakfast was good, served in a clean and spacious breakfast area. Wonderful croissant!!

The hotel wifi didn't work for me. I ended up using my own data the entire week.

We stayed as 2 couples + 2 singles and it was perfect for our 3 night stay in Paris. It is near to the metro stations & we felt safe as we walked to and from the hotel. Fabulous pizza restaurant nearby, Adaggio Pizza. Staff were extremely friendly, bed was very comfy and the elevator worked perfectly, I am not sure why this was a negative on some other reviews! Shower had good water pressure too, towels changed daily if you wanted the room cleaned. We didn’t have any food on our stay in the hotel, but they did have an honestly bar for bits you may want and tonnes of cafes and restaurant only a walk away. They did charge a deposit for each room €100, but this was quickly refunded later in the day we checked out (depends on your bank of course).

2 of our rooms were very small for superior doubles rather than classic doubles, but fine for our stay as we were away for the full days exploring the city.

I was positively surprised by this hotel, as comments were quite devastating. The hotel is located close to the two train stations in a walking distance and is next to several metro stations. The room was not big but spacious enough for two people and the bathroom was indeed small but nothing unbearable. Cleaning service was passing every day and the staff was friendly for our requests. Regarding the noise, again nothing really annoying that was disturbing our sleep. All in all, although I booked this hotel with a heavy heart, it ended up surprisingly good taking into consideration the city, the time period, the price and the location.

Doors need a bit of refreshing as sometimes it was difficult to lock or unlock the room.

The room was more spacious than we needed, as we were outside a lot and weren’t too fussed about space. The toilet was small but manageable. No bed bugs! We were provided with an iron when we asked the reception. The views from our room were great as we saw the Sacre Coeur! There were many metro and bus stations within walking distance, which we loved. Nonetheless, the staff were so sweet and funny, and we enjoyed our stay!

Everything was perfect about our trip! We saw a lot of homeless people nearby and the area was quite sketchy at night, but we expected that all over Paris regardless.

It was a compact budget hotel which acted as an excellent base for us to overnight in Paris after our flight and before we picked up a car to Normandy the following day. It’s out of the main tourist area but close to Gare de l’est and Gare due Nord. We found it to offer good value.

Too be fair it was decent. The showers were a bit cramped but were functional. I was right by the front of the hotel overlooking the railway though I was so tired I didn’t really notice the trains. Staff were a bit direct on check in but to be honest, they were efficient.

Staff were really lovely. Loved the outside area by the river to sit and have a drink or eat breakfast. Breakfast was nice ( the organic eggs which you could boil yourself! Lovely choice of bread and cheese

I opted for ' no room cleaning ' in exchange for a drink at the bar. Turned out it was one drink of limited choice ( despite staying 4 nights) and then it was difficult to get my bin emptied and had to ask for towels . Didn't need cleaning ( and agree it's good to have that option ) but I'd like a simple way to ask for a top up and have my my bins emptied every day. ( And i thought the drink at bar was an empty gesture ).

Very nice little hotel. Rooms on a smaller side, but that was expected. It had everything we needed. Bathroom also smaller, but shower itself very spacious, and that was great. Breakfast selection was also really nice. Our room was on the third floor overlooking the railway. Of course, u can hear the trains passing by, but nothing too noticeable. We slept great without earplugs provided in the room :) Beds are really comfortable. Location very convenient, for coming from and going to the airport (CDG), and getting to anywhere within the city. Metro stations within 3-4 mins walk.
