We truly had a wonderful time staying here! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, big thanks to Amenie and the night-shift team (sorry, I forgot your names!). The hotel is nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood, just a lovely walk from the stunning Luxembourg Gardens. It’s a fantastic choice if you’re looking to stay a bit away from the busy tourist areas but still want easy access to everything the city offers (just a 3-minute walk to the subway station and of course, very bike-friendly) The hotel itself is charming, and we especially enjoyed the craft area where you can draw, so lovely.

The breakfast could offer a few more options, but it’s definitely a great way to start the day.

Absolutely wonderful staff, excellent location, and the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Paris, which, IYKYK – it’s very hard to find properties in this city that tick all the boxes and are CLEAN. So this hotel is a real gem for that reason. Anyone complaining about the room sizes needs to really adjust their expectations of Paris as well, because this is part of it, and compared to most Parisian properties, the room size was fantastic. Great choice to stay in one of the main arrondissements with a few metro stations nearby, lots of food choices, and walking distance to a few attractions. Would definitely stay again, and extra thanks to the lovely staff who gave us a beautiful anniversary surprise bouquet.

The hotel itself is very beautifully decorated and so was the room. The staff was very responsive and attentive to our requests and the room was very clean. The amenities in the room were also good, having a fridge and a coffee machine is always a big plus. It was very nice to have a way to open a door to the outside and a little courtyard to enjoy the morning cup.

The bed was very hard but we figured out a solution with the staff after the first night. There was no bedside/reading lamp. There weren't plugs on both sides of the bed.

My stay at Hôtel des Académies et des Arts was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Amenis and Asmae at the front desk. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made me feel immediately at home. To my delight, I received a complimentary room upgrade. The room was beautifully decorated, combining artistic flair with modern comfort. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a serene atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast was fantastic, there were a lot of options like amazing pastries, crepes, hams, cheeses, and there was always a staff member making the coffee to order. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, the mattresses have a full protective cover. The location is excellent and just a couple minutes from the metro stations. During my stay I met a lot of the staff and everyone of them went above and beyond. Everyone was so helpful and met every request I had. Out of my entire stay in Europe this hotel greatly exceeded every other hotel I’ve stayed at and I can’t explain how impressed I am. The staff at a hotel makes all the difference when staying somewhere. I would absolutely come back here again, and I would recommend this place to everyone.

The only complaint I could possibly have is the mattress was a little on the firm side, not a big deal though.

Beautiful hotel, stylish design and extremely restful and comfortable

Everything was outstanding! I was fascinated by the elegant and stylish interior and artistic atmosphere of this beautiful hotel. I was so happy to start celebrating my birthday at this place, everyone was so kind to me. I really appreciated the kindness and friendliness of the stuff. Breakfast was incredibly delicious! It's worth noting the perfect location in the heart of Montparnasse. My stay was unforgettable! Definetly, I will return to this hotel on my next trip to Paris.

Location was super convenient and made everything easy to get to- I walked to the Luxembourg gardens, the Pantheon, the Seine near Notre Dame, Rodin Museum, Orsay, Louvre... Staff was very friendly and helpful. Asma and L'ontil (sorry if I spelled either of these wrong) were kind people and I'm glad to have met them. The room was very cozy and fun- it had a historic feeling with a nice modern touch. Starting every day with a little drawing and coffee was amazing.

All my towels were rewashed every day and I tried to avoid that to save energy- I thought I was putting them in the right place but didn't seem to be the case. The down comforters on the bed were comfortable but a little heavy, I just like having multiple sheets as an option.

-the price of family room for 3 persons was more expensive then 2 double rooms for 4 persons (not logical). Also it was mentioned that the family room was two connecting rooms which was not the case (there was a small hall which gave access to two separate rooms (similar as for non-family rooms which our friends had booked) -Also the final settlement was not straightforward with staff counting the double price for breakfast and initially not wanting to understand they were wrong as this was the price the computer showed (they however had entered 2 breakfast per person per day !) - breakfast on one day took a long time as no bread (staff still had to go buy bread) , coffee machine did not work and not enough space for the number ogf people visiting

Boutique hotel with a limited number of rooms and very nice design! Unique decorations and high quality materials and furniture. The staff was kind and attentive. Great location close to restaurants and local shops, the metro line 4 is a few steps away. My favorite part was the bathtub! Ans the size of the room (usually double rooms in Paris are really small). I would stay here again. I did not use the breakfast so can't speak about that. There is a complimentary coffee machine and water at the reception, should you need during the day.
