It was the only hotel I noticed that offer complimentary water, coffee and snacks (pastries and candies) at the lobby anytime (almost) of the day and it helped saved us on purchasing purified water on a nearby grocery. The room was clean, size was acceptable, heated drying rack always a bonus for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there as it was on a quiet neighborhood, near our favorite pastry/coffee shop and a metro away from the shopping area. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location is convenient – just a short walk to two metro stations and within walking distance of the Champs-Élysées. The room was nice, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Also there is complimentary water, tea, and coffee available in the lobby.

There was no fridge in the room. The bathroom area could use some improvement – the faucet was positioned quite low, making it a bit uncomfortable to use. In the evening, the water pressure in the shower was quite weak and the temperature fluctuated a lot, going from cold to very hot. However, in the morning, the water pressure seemed fine.

I stayed at this hotel during Christmas, and it was a fantastic experience! Located in the 17th district of Paris, the hotel is very close to two metro stations: Argentine and Porte Maillot. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with plenty of amenities nearby, including restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, and a grocery store (which is also open on Sundays). The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional, which made the stay even more enjoyable. There is an elevator, and my room was fully equipped with a comfortable bed and a bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a shower – definitely a plus! The room also had a kettle with coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. We tried the breakfast offered by the hotel, which was excellent. The hotel provides great value for the price. For those traveling from Beauvais Airport, the nearby La Défense Terminal Jules Verne and Porte Maillot stations make transportation very convenient. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary amenities such as a water dispenser and a coffee machine with various syrups available 24/7. They also frequently provide French pastries and sweets for guests to enjoy. The French breakfast was delightful, and the entire hotel staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, this hotel offers excellent quality at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

There are absolutely no downsides to this hotel. Everything met or exceeded expectations, from the friendly staff to the comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. I truly couldn’t find anything to criticize during my stay. Highly recommended!

The room is comfortable and clean. Reception staff were friendly too, especially Katia ;) Since the fees included tea, coffee charges, you get to enjoy some drinks at the lobby before go up to the room for quick rest. Tower were changed everyday during my five nights stay. Overall, location is just near Argentine line 1 station and RER C Neuilly Porte Maillot station it’s about 3mins -5 mins walk. It’s near arc de triomphe. There’s a carrefour grocery store just right opposite the street as well. Overall neighbourhood seems safe with local staying nearby. Some cafes and pastry, restaurants just 2-3mins walk. There’s elevators that can fit maximum 2 person, and there’s Aircon in the room. I was offered a box of chocolate for Easter wishes, which is very warm. Early check in or late checkout can also leave your luggage in their storeroom as well.

The lobby can have bit more space to chill.

The hotel was located on a quiet residential street. The room, although small, had everything you needed including a kettle,cups etc, & was well decorated & comfortable. The bathroom was tiny but acceptable other than it needed a magnifying mirror. The reception/lobby area had tea/coffee making facilities, an iced water machine & access to glasses for wine etc. Local restaurants are close by. Breakfast was average but had the essentials & had gluten free bread available.

The corridors need updating ~ they look worn. Bathroom needs a magnifying mirror.

The girl from réception was very gentle and kind, helped us a lot during the stay and it made all the difference. I liked the location near line 1 you can go to the main City attractions in a few minutes. Breakfast was good, the beds, and complimentary water and cofee at the front desk was very convenient.

The shower was difficult to set the right temperature, a bit aged, the same with the lift, but that was not a big deal.

This little hotel is perfectly located at 10 min walk from the Beauvais shuttle bus stop, so it was very easy to drop the luggage and start seeing the city. The metro station Porte Maillot is at 5 min, Argentine bus stop at 10 min, and the Arc de Triomphe/Charles de Gaule Etoile is at 15 min walk, so you can easily reach all points of interest. There are bistrots and restaurants nearby, and the street is nice and clean. The hotel offers free coffee and cakes during the day, and they also have water machine producing still and sparkling water. Our room was small, but nice and clean. I love it was carpeted and well heated, I found it really cocooning, arriving after a rainy and windy day in such a nice and warm place. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was good, with a selection of cold appetizers and hot plates.

Our room lacked a fridge, but I guess it was something temporary to that room, as there was a piece of furniture designed to house a fridge. Since we visited in February, it didn’ bother us,,we put our bottles on the outside windowsill, but in warmer months, this may be somehow annoying.

The staff was professional, friendly, discreet and approachable. I was with my 3year old boy and checked in on a Wednesday early evening, completely unexpected but the reception staff was absolutely amazing. They really made us feel safe and welcomed. Location is great, many good restaurants around, calm street , charming neighbourhood and really clean area. My toddler really loved the breakfast with tasty fresh juice in the morning. Room temperature is very easy to adjust and set up, that’s important when travelling with kids. Facilities are also really safe for children.

It was an amazing location for our purpose. Close to Palais des Congrès and McDonald’s (minutes walking) good transport links and the staff were incredible! So pleasant and welcoming, especially Rayne who worked the desk when we arrived. Free tea/coffee/water in lobby 24/7 and we were offered pastries while we waited for our room. Room was adorable and very clean.

We asked for two single beds and the room complied but they were pushed tight together with one headboard (designed for a double bed) which just seemed to defeat the purpose of asking for two singles but it wasn’t an issue for us. Air con didn’t seem to work either and was very warm.

One of the best stays I’ve had in Paris. The hotel is very comfortable, peaceful, and perfectly located near all the main attractions. But what truly made the difference was the staff — incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. Thank you to the whole team! You’re the main reason for my satisfaction and this positive review. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future
