Room was lovely and quiet, great bath, room was all in order with good facilities. Great that there was an elevator, desk staff 24/7 who were very nice. Kept my bags for me whilst I waited for my train back to the north. Breakfast was great, just a little claustrophobic being in the basement.

The only thing I didn’t like was the brash, typically rude, Parisian woman working on the breakfast. She scared the life out of me when asking for my room number with her x100 volume voice! Then proceeded to tell me NOT TO PUT MY PLATE WHERE THE BREAD IS CUT! So rude! Don’t let this woman be front of house. Not an asset to the hotel at all.

Location, staff was nice

Made me pay extra to be on a lower floor, I had a lot of luggage and they placed me on a floor where the elevator did not reach. I requested to be moved lower but had to pay extra for this. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

I loved the staff on the front desk especially Beatrix I think. All spoke good english and gave good advice on the metros and other local attractions. Price was fair value. The vibe and ambience was great! Loved the cold water and bottles to put it in and the free pastries in the lobby. Location was good, close to Gare du Nord and Gare d'est. Within a 20 min walk of the Pompidou Centre and Notre Dame and 35 min at most from Sacre Core. There was a nice wee street bar just mins from the hotel. Room was small but nice and quiet

Room could have been a shade bigger but really nothing, I loved the place

This is the second time we stay there. The staff is super friendly and the Italian soda and coffee in the lobby 24/7 are lovely touches. The rooms are cosy and some of them have balconies, which, well, obviously I don’t need to add anything: balconies in Paris. You’re super close to Gare de l’Est and the canal.

The water in the shower doesn’t maintain its temperature and there could be more hooks for towels in triple rooms, but that’s only a small blemish because everything else is really awesome.

Mr. NOOR at the front desk of the hotel is very considerate and professional and gave us a lot of help. Merci beaucoup (●'◡'●) No need to pay in advance, pay at the store, super praise! The hotel is in a good location, very close to Place de la République. It feels that Magenta 38 Hotel is newly renovated, very modern, with high-quality bedding and a spacious and new bathroom! Everything is very good! The toilet on the basement floor is spacious. Check-in is only from 3 pm, but you can store your luggage for free in advance!

Nice location. Good for short stay. Good service , friendly staff. Clean and tidy.

Room is too small for couple.

My friend and I booked the hotel to go and see Beyoncé at the Stade de France, and the location was perfect for that - walkable to get a taxi or train to the Stade from Gare du Nord, but also walkable to the Marais and other areas for dinner, shopping, etc. Some lovely cafes, restaurants and wine bars close by. We were really impressed with the size of the bed, nice facilities (bathroom, AC, soundproof windows), welcome chocolates, and helpful staff.

The lift is very slow, but it's a small gripe. We had some scaffolding near our windows, but it didn't affect our view. Construction across the road was a tiny bit annoying at 9am on a weekday, but you couldn't hear much.

The style of the room was pretty! We were popped into the top room (attic room), which just gave it so much charm, with smaller windows in the ceiling as skylights, but this gave a beautiful view of the skyline of Paris as if from a movie. Bed was comfy. The bathroom was very functional and clean. Staff were always happy to help. But quiet but helpful. Free coffee was a bonus and comp water from reception. Pretty close to the main station, Charles De Gaulle. Would happily stay here again and already plan on.

Only thing was the location ever so slightly. Little further down then originally thought from the station but it was pretty close to metro links.

A charming and cozy house. Superbly located walking distance from Monschau town center. Yet with beautiful views on the surrounding forest. The hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful for any questions we had. The house was very clean. With a fully functioning kitchen, coffee and tea on arrival, and a fire pit in the garden for star gazing. And we loved the décor of the interior -- highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

We were upgraded to a room with a balcony which was a lovely addition especially with the lovely weather in Paris on that weekend! The room was spacious for two people, comfortable and clean. Located right next to Canal Saint Martin area with amazing cafes, shops and restaurants but also walkable to other lovely areas of Paris. The staff were friendly and helped us with our luggage on first and last days of stay.

There was scaffolding outside but didn’t really cause us any issues and the corridors a little dark but nothing major.
