Nicolas helped us all along the way and can not say enough about all of the staff. Being Americans, we are so used to big open spaces, so it is difficult being in a small boutique hotel, but this hotel was a very good value when you compare to other hotels in good neighborhoods or near top must see spots. We had an issue with our lights, but Nicholas went above and beyond to ensure it got fixed and the entire staff was always so helpful. We took advantage of the Earth based eatery “Wild and the Moon”, and that staff was also very helpful and we were able to communicate in English very well. Exceptional available berry bowls! Yes the rooms are very small and difficult with a family of 3, but we made it work and would highly recommend to future guests if u don’t mind being a little cramped. But why stay in the hotel room all day? Get out and explore! The city has so much to offer and Parisians are such friendly and welcoming hosts for this great city!

Small rooms.. but what can be fixed with that and your in Europe?

Amazing location and very helpful staff

A few things in the room could be improved to optimize the space e.g. add hangers on door and wall to hang clothes, bags etc, especially in winter when we have coats etc Bathroom freezing in winter, would have been nice to have a small heating there A toothbrush and a glass in the bathroom would be nice Except the first night, capsule coffee are not refilled, would be nice if they were... Wifi connection could be improved Although a third party, a little discount at the coffee inside the hotel (as a gesture) to enjoy a breakfast with discount..

The hotel is perfectly located on a relatively quiet city street in the middle of Paris, right by the Opera. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and transit options. The rooms are tiny, but well maintained, planned and well appointed. The elevator is tiny, but there is one! The air conditioning came in handy with a heatwave during our stay! We slept very comfortably!!

The room size is our only complaint really.

Decor is great, quite boutique in the styling. Bathroom Products were good quality and ear plugs were provided! I didn’t need them. Room was compact, stairs are quite steep. Great to have the little elevator. Staff were very courteous and spoke English very well. Lots of towels provided. Great staff in the plant based cafe, great coffees and delicious food.

I didn’t like the lino floor in the bedroom. It felt a little cheap. Maybe some rugs would help, I understand the need to keep the floors clean. Also, there is no room to move in reception- only space is overflow into the cafe.

Location and cleanliness

The fact that when checking out I asked the receptionist to pay for an Evian bottle that I was having in my hand and he said it’s on the house. Than my room and the others room I travelled with was debted each the price of one bottle. At reservation I asked for quiet rooms and I received rooms at 1st floor, mine near the elevator. I couldn’t sleep after 8 o clock no matter how tired I was. Also I selected twin beds for my room and I received double( I paid more to be able to ask for that)- I do that whenever I’m not sure about the mattresses quality. I think management is the problem, otherwise it might turn all right.

The air conditioning on a couple very hot summer days during the Olympics was very welcome! The room was clean, quiet and comfy. The location was fantastic! Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again! Highly recommend The Little Miches boulangerie on Rue de la Michodière down the road for breakfast or lunch. Lovely food at a great price.

Niche breakfast and didn’t suit my husband who has a nut allergy but was a lovely little healthy cafe.

The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance from some of the sites we wanted to see. Our room was spotlessly clean and decorated very nicely. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning unit was a great addition. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we always came back to our beds being made and fresh towels. The hotel is also able to hold your luggage for you, which was a big help on our last day.

The lift/elevator and the bathroom is a tight squeeze. However, the hotel have utilised the space that they do have very well and this did not bother us too much at all.

I recently stayed at Hotel Monsieur Helder in Paris and had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after exploring the city. The hotel's central location made it easy to visit major attractions. Overall, it was a great stay with outstanding service! Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance from major sightseeings. There is a metro station just one minute from the hotel.I also liked so much the concept behind this hotel. It has a vegan philosophy and has a very nice lobby that serves amazing coffee and nice vegan food. Even though I am not vegan at all, the way that this concept was introduced in this hotel was so lovely and made me feel nice.The room was very comfortable and stylish. Simlple and nice with amazing shampoos and bath shower creams, organic ones. I will definitely visit again this hotel in my next trip to Paris! Great value for money.

All were great. I think only the hair dryer needs to be improved.
