Overall, my experience at B&B Hotel Paris Nord was good. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. One downside to consider is the location. The hotel is quite far from central Paris, which can be inconvenient if you’re planning to explore the city extensively. However, there is a metro station about a 15-minute walk away, making it possible to get around using public transportation — though it might not be ideal if you’re traveling with heavy luggage or prefer more immediate access. In summary, this is a solid choice if you’re looking for a quiet and affordable place to stay, and don’t mind spending some extra time commuting.

Nice hotel with big and comfortable suites. Very clean and perfect for a small or medium family which wants to have a trip in Paris. The staff is very friendly and happy to support you in any situation.
The location is in Saint Denis. Due to the construction of the road the only way to the subway (on foot) was through a small way under a bridge. Under this bridge there was a lot of people taking drugs and fighting. For a family with a little child not the best experience.

Comfortable beds, efficient layout, quiet area. Staff was super courteous and helpful conversing with the Pizza Hut who didn't deliver our order because it was from a non French phone number! But they talked to the PH and got it straightened out.

We needed two rooms next to each other because we have two girls. They managed to accommodate us in two adjoining rooms, with very good space. And appreciated the effort because we booked it the night before due to an unexpected cancellation from the reservation we had done months before. About the rooms, the air conditioning was quite poor and the bathroom flooded, but overall it was good value for the price. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were helpful. The hotel is surrounded by avenues without restaurants nearby, you need to walk about 10 minutes to the subway and buses or take Uber to the city (25 minutes).
Location, nothing to do or walk around

We stayed at this hotel in Paris for two nights while attending the Esports semi-finals at the Adidas Arena. The hotel's location was perfect - it's the closest option with high ratings and convenient access to our event. The room was clean and met our basic needs. The parking area was quite safe, and the hotel's proximity to public transport made it easy to explore the city center.
There were a few minor drawbacks: the elevator to the parking area didn't function smoothly, and the corridors were quite old. However, these issues were relatively minor and didn't significantly impact our overall stay, especially the price was quite reasonable.

Breakfast plenty to choose from hot and cold, rooms comfortable and spacious. Very warm but it was winter so was a good thing. This is our second time staying here and I think since the Olympics was in Paris the area outside seemed to have been cleaned up alot!however the same people are lurking around so be mindful in the evenings (we had a scary experience the first stay with 2 men following us) kebab shop on corner 5 kins walk right from the hotel reception were friendly and helpful nice food on your way back from a long day in town centre. Met stop and 2 small supermarkets and boulangerie 13 min walk same direction to kebab shop 😉 we went to Disney for the day and 2 days in Paris centre easy to get around. 100 euros in 9 seater taxi to hotel from airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Populaire met stop not got the nicest people hanging around it

The room was very clean and size offer acceptable comfort. this is also a quiet easy accessible area. I also appreciate the Gym sall. thanks!
There is only one elevator giving access to the parking of the whole building, which is really not efficient and takes time for people. I remember spending 15 minutes waiting for this elevator. The tariff is also totally unfair and unclear, i.e. 2 EUR per hour or 20 EUR per 24 hours, but for each entry into the building during the day you have to pay, which ends up costing more than the advertised 20 EUR per hour. It would be fair to provide a pass for multiple entries within these 24 hours instead

Staff very friendly on arrival Clean room, refreshed towels, coffee pods each day View of roads, trains (and Montmartre in the distance) was interesting Porte de la Chapelle Metro only a short walk away - about ten minutes Air conditioning set to 5 degrees was good in the day and evening but too noisy to use during the night The price is reasonable considering the location, which is on a busy road network - you get what you pay for. Sound proofing with secondary glazing Blackout blinds There is a nice Boulangerie next to Porte de la Chapelle Metro, which is reasonably priced. E.g Pain au chocolat at €1.20. In the centre of Paris the same would cost double or quadruple the price. Breakfast at the hotel is €19 per adult, so we just headed to the boulangerie, where they also serve coffee, sandwiches and pastries. It was handy having a Nespresso machine in the hotel room. There's also a small fridge, which was very useful especially for the smelly cheese we enjoyed! One Metro stop down from Porte de la Chapelle, near Marx Dormoy, there is a Monoprix, where you can buy food without breaking the bank. The food department is downstairs. There's a stimulating multi-cultural mix along Rue de la Chapelle. If you are on a budget, this is a super little hotel. We would definitely stay there again.
On the last night and morning, sound from a neighbour's television was a bit disturbing (although the road didn't bother me at all). Please note that I am very sensitive to sound, so this might not bother you. With earplugs, I was fine. It was too hot in the room on arrival so it was hard to sleep the first night even after ventilating the room and running the air conditioning on 5 degrees for a while. The second night was better having ventilated the room more and having run the air con on 5 degrees for longer in the morning. It is not the posh part of Paris, so you will encounter all types of people, some lovely and others it might be wise to avoid. Be street smart!

The room was spacious and had a bath, shower and toilet. I love baths so that was a bonus. The staff were friendly, the location was close to a bus stop and walking distance to metro...
Couldnt really walk around at night as it didnt feel safe. Also the furniture could be upgraded to easier to clean furniture...stained chairs were a bit scary...Alo having an iron in the room and a laundry room in the building would be helpful.

The room and location were good considering that this was at a lower price compared to other hotels in Paris at this time of the year. It was clean and comfortable, enough for our family to have a pleasant stay. The staff was generally helpful and nice also. I appreciate that they cleaned the room and replaced the towels after the first night, even if we were there for only 2 nights.
I am not sure if this is the practice in Paris, but we were given only a small bottle of water for three people for the whole stay, and the second day the coffee pods were not replaced when the cleaning staff came. We had to ask at the reception for coffee for the second day. The prices for drinks were very high - €4 for a small bottle of water. Thankfully, they have a water fountain, which we used to refill our water bottles.
