Location was fun, but the entrance to the hotel is rather run down, but once inside this is a great hotel

A free taxi to the airport, we had a free taxi from the CDG to hotel free. It was great

smart in appearance, bed very comfortable, shower good. reasonable breakfast

sometimes it was cold at night and we needed to have the heating turned up. We had a thermostat in our room but it was not obvious in terms of how you could use it. When speaking to the reception staff it seemed as though they had to turn up the boiler before we could have some heat. The reception staff made this into a bit of an ordeal as though the hotel did not want their customers to use the heating. My husband is 70 with Parkinsons's disease and I am 67. We tend to feel the cold. I dont like this type of situation. I paid for my room and I needed it to be warmer of a night end of.

The location is near the metro,some shops and mini grocery store, friendly staff in the reception especially Ms.Krisline ( I'm not sure bout her name actually was just told by the other guy colleague of her ) anyway yes she was very accommodating and friendly she gave us directions where to go around in the city and in Disneyland.

Quite loud outside in front of the hotel and you can hear it til late at night. Could have been more nicer if the room is more bigger.

I am extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional—polite, friendly, and always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel itself was immaculate and in excellent condition. The breakfast area offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel is well-connected to central Paris, just 3-4 stops away. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

- the very friendly and reactive staff at the reception, - the spacious room, very comfortable bed, nice shower - the beautiful view of Montmartre and the Montparnasse Tower from the room on the 7th floor - My taxi driver didn't show up on time and the receptionist helped me out with this very quickly, booked one for me in the morning.

- Lack of choice for breakfast - eggs, cheese. - the coffee was average But the bread and honey were excellent !

The staff was really nice, specially Naseem, he was very helpful and told us how to move around the city, the place is very near to a mitro station which made accessability and transportation pretty much easy, the value for money was really excellent specially that we have been there at the olympics time.

The cleaning process could be much better, like we needed soap and we had to ask for it where we have expected to get it available when we come back, not really that important but you can take it as a hint.

Excellent room with good facilities that makes an extremely comfortable sleep. Well located not too far from the Gare du Nord and reasonably priced. Would visit again.

The front of the hotel is bit unwelcoming visually but once in the hotel it’s overall very pleasant inside. The front could do with some plants or something more colourful to reduce the look of the concrete and fence.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and good. The coffee is delicious. Simon's Boutique Hotel is very clean and is run very carefully. The room was also clean and comfortable, although a bit small in size. All in all, very neat and modernly equipped. The dining room on the other hand was very spacious. For a 3-star hotel, great. I had a less good breakfast in some 5-star hotels. The hotel was worth every cent, I have to say! The metro station was almost around the corner. This way we could reach any point in Paris very quickly. For this inexpensive and nice 3-star hotel I give 10 points.

As I said, the size of the room is a bit small. The environment, the district, takes some getting used to. But it hardly mattered because we were traveling all over Paris every day.

Everything. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Felt very welcome. Breakfast was good!

We had a room with a balcony. It would have been nice if the balcony was more useable and there were chairs and tables to use on it. Plus the balconies are not kept clean, bird poo everywhere which was a shame. Its nice to have outdoor space with a hotel room, unfortunately it wasn't useable and was rather uninviting. The only other improvement I would suggest is to offer English Breakfast tea bags in the rooms and at beakfast downstairs. The only tea that was provided was flavoured or Earl grey. I had to buy english breakfast tea bags from the super market up the street.

Everything!!! Can’t fault anything from the time set foot inside till I checked out. A hidden gem in an area of Paris I wouldn’t have visited. The room although small, was beautifully appointed and very functional. Bathroom had a lovely big shower, and a towel warmer a real pleasant surprise. Everything was pristine and very clean. Was nice to have a window that fully opened. Staff were amazing, were so helpful, went over and above my expectations. All spoke English really well. Metro, 2 minutes walk and a quick trip into Central Paris . Gurd du Nord a 15 Minute walk or €9 by taxi. Great cafes and restaurants really close by. Convenience stores and bakeries as well. I love people watching and this area didn’t dissapoint such a cosmopolitan mix

Nothing, a perfect hotel for me. I wish all hotels large and small had their standard. Wish the ‘Ice Bar’ had been open.
