I booked this hotel for a one night stop-over and it worked well for that purpose. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is practical—just off the motorway—with a parking lot right in front of the hotel, so arrival and departure were quick and easy. I also appreciated that there were staff available at reception rather than only a self check-in system. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. It’s also worth mentioning that the windows could be opened, at least slightly, which I liked for getting some fresh air. Overall it met all the basic needs for a short stay. Clean, quiet, and convenient.

Very comfortable bed, clean and quiet room, a few nearby good bars/restaurants, free large car park. Easy and quick to get to from motorway.

Self check-in: it requested surname and booking reference - keyed this in but machine wouldn’t accept it - pressed help button and turns out it’s the first name, not surname they require. The person on end of helpline was brusque and cut us off several times. The air-con control in room is very bright blue and at night in the dark this light kept me awake. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. We took our own kettle and coffee, etc as we read previous reviews that this wasn’t included. Had one pillow each - Didn’t realise they’d only left us with one extra pillow… was too late by time we went to bed to request another.

A little difficult to find as sat nav from the copy n paste on booking.com took me into the actual airport but found it eventually. Reception very friendly & helpful as it was a BH & no restaurants open but he called the local one to check if it was open, Crispys, which was fabulous! Clean & tidy.

Pillows very small but comfy enough, towels were not very nice albeit adequate, basic facilities & for the price I feel more quality should be taken for things like that. No tea/coffee making facilities which especially after a long drive & then being a siesta was a bit frustrating, even a kettle would suffice. I’ve paid a whole lot less with better quality towels/bed linen/tea coffee facilities etc.

Very nice and helpful staff (Pierre and his wife). Plenty of parking space. Nice breakfast. Very quiet.

I was passing through Poitiers (just 1 night) and I take my e-bike with me on the car. I deliberately chose this hotel as it has its own car-park and is close enough to the central areas. Cycling into Poitiers for dinner and breakfast was an easy (and refreshing) 12min ride and on quiet roads/paths, so the location was ideal for me. I didn't hear any planes from the airport and had a very good night's sleep. The room was a good size and everything was very comfortable and clean and I especially loved the (power) shower!! PS. Although I didn't have breakfast at the hotel it looked good value.

I'm being very picky but it would be nice to have tea/coffee facilities and more than 4 coat hangers. I did hear the room next door (why do people let their doors slam!?) and why do people decide to wear wooden clogs on holiday!🤣

The hotel is right next to the airport. Great location, comfortable, pleasant and helpful staff, both at the desk and at the intercom. Very clean.

A kettle and one or two instant coffees would make the experience better for a marginal cost to the hotel. The cleaners should be informed of rooms still occupied not to enter in error when people sleep. It was not clear that it was a staff-less hotel at certain times (but as mentioned, the intercom people were very nice and the intercom was easy to seem so not really an issue).

We arrived after check in hours and the self check in was easy to use, it is a pet friendly hotel and the breakfast was good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Perfect Staff and Hotel.

This hotel is fabulous, new, clean, easily found and gave everything we needed and more. Such a friendly welcome and assistance from the guy on reception, and again from the guy serving at breakfast. The room was large and easily navigated by my disabled partner, the huge wet room had a shower seat and the shower power was brilliant. Breakfast was arranged so easily and laid out to prevent any covid issues. This hotel did exactly what it was supposed to BED & BREAKFAST, we loved it

Nothing about the hotel, but shame there is only the choice of one place to eat at dinner without going out in the car.

The staff were amazing. Speedy to reply on all my requests. Really helpful and very friendly. Room and B&B were very clean. Breakfast was delicious.

It was just far from where I needed to be but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made up for it.
