We were warmly welcomed by the manager and receptionist. They noticed I used a walking stick and asked if we would prefer a ground floor room with a level access shower, which was great. Our room was quite spacious with a king-size bed and nice clean sheets and pillows. It was very comfortable indeed. There are plenty of plug sockets and good TV. The bathroom was ideal, a purpose built wetroom, and plenty of hot water. Car parking was free and we parked our car near to a side door, close to our room. Easy access to a grassy area, perfect to exercise our dogs. We enjoyed our stay here, en route to Spain, and we will most definitely return. Everything was perfect, thank you.

There is nothing to dislike about it. Great value for money.

The room was clean, warm and comfortable. There were a few places within walking distance to eat. The breakfast was really nice. Its located on an industrial site but that didn't bother us as it was an ideal stopover for 1 night. The bed was comfortable

Our room didn't have a handle on the outside of the door which exposed a sharp round metal fixing. It tore my coat on the way out! Not the hotels fault but lots of flytipping outside just made it look run down. The pillows, but I always take my own!

Very friendly welcome on arrival. Quirky decor throughout, but fun and works for this hotel. Rooms a little small but well appointed, very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Bonus was a large bath for tired muscles. The restaurant has a set menu which is great value, food was delicious. Good wine list with a bottle of house red costing just €13. The restaurant staff were excellent, chatty and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was self service and plentiful. The hotel is just off the highway so easy whichever direction you are travelling. My wife and I were travelling through Fance on our motorbike and would both highly recommend this hotel for the budget price. Excellent value.

Nothing to dislike.

The location was great for a stop off on our way to Spain. The hotel, although basic was spotlessly clean. Our room had a double and single bed, plenty of power sockets and a bathroom with an over bath shower. More than adequate for what we needed. The bed linen was clean and we had plenty of towels. We ate in the hotel for dinner and breakfast both of which were basic but tasty and good value for money. What made our stay was the staff. Paul the hotel manager was extremely friendly and helpful. His English was impeccable which was a great help considering we don’t speak French. It was also a bonus that we were able to take our two golden retrievers for only €5 extra. We would definitely stay there again if we are in that area.

The pillows were too small and not very comfortable. The quilt covers could do with replacing. Paul the manager informed us that this was on the list of updates to be done.

The staff were really nice. The man on reception spoke great english and was really helpful. The young lady who served us a drink was very pleasant and gave us some complimentary peanuts. She was very cheerful. The hotel was on the edge of Poitiers but it was really easy to get a local bus into the centre. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful.

Nothing all good.

The hotel had a restaurant bar and plenty of parking. First I.pressiond where very good reception where helpful and pleasant there is a five euro charge for dog which is fine. The room was comfortable and well laid out the bathroom was OK but stains In the toilet rusty fixtures and a shower head that slid in pipe and couldn't be tightened where minor gripes. In all a pleasant comfortable place and for the price it was fine. Would I book again yes

The staff was amazing: super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot and had good water pressure. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was a great deal: tasty and not expensive.

The carpet in the lobby and hallways needs to be replaced because it has a strong cleaner smell. I'm sensitive to odors and it was uncomfortable for me. My room smelled fine.

The location was good as we were only staying for one night, The hotel staff were very kind and spoke a really good English which does help us Brits. The evening meal and breakfast were very good and the staff very helpful., I would use this hotel again for a one night stopover on route to Spain

The decor could do with some refurbishment as the hall carpets and also in the room which smelled musky.

Just 2* but they deserve more. Very clean, a bit outdated but still comfy, absolutely for the great price. A bistro kind restaurant serves delicious food, again, for a more than reasonable price. I've been in a kinda bad situation with my van around Poitiers, so happy I found this place and stayed here. The staff are very friendly, helpful and some of them speak English. If you're looking for a good place to stay around Poitiers And your budget is limited, more than recommended.

Super nice personel, very communicative and friendly. Breakfast was good and complete. Very good that you are able to cook your eggs yourself so you can decide what egg you like. Room was clean and in the bathingroom you can turn on the heating yourself. The room was quiet.

The bathwater should be warmer ( although the sink water was warmer ). Maybe it was on summer mode ;-)
