The hotel was located well for travel with a supermarket located nearby. It had good spaces for disabled parking in a generous car park. I queried that we had not been given a disabled room on check in and we were readily given this. The room was nice and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was very well set out for disabled access with a nice walk in accessible shower and a raised toilet.

The area is industrial which isn't a bad thing if you are expecting that type of location, which we were. The rooms would definately benefit from the addition if a small fridge and kettle.

The room was ok and the hotel ok.

We had our evening meal at your restaurant it was dire, aweful, the menu stated chopped steak with chips, it was a burger - a burger on its own no dressing nothing with chips, looked dire on the plate, I ordered the salmon with roast potatoes and veg, what came was highly grilled to the point of being hard and crispy, the potatoes were poor and no veg. The chef came out to see why my husband wasn’t eating his BURGER, my husband is poorly at end of life actually but did not want a fuss, I would have complained but I have to think of him. So much for French cuisine!!

Comfortable bedroom, facilities were ok. Clean room, linen and towels. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options. Restaurant was clean and a pleasant environment. Staff were friendly and always available to help if needed Bar, IT work area and table football were welcome facilities.

bathroom basin and sink leaked water. Reception was informed but the matter wasn't resolved during our stay. Maybe the request was lost in translation? Some of the rooms fittings need attention, ie; loose edge trim on some wooden furniture needed glue.

The rooms are okay if a little on the small size. The beds are comfortable with extra pillows available. There are English TV channels available. There is easy access to the A10 and there is a large shopping complex opposite the hotel and also an Auchan supermarket and petrol station.

The bathroom is a little small and is looking tired. The room also had signs of damp so is in need of updating

The room is a reasonable size and has all that you would need for travelling. The staff are pleasant and helpful and try to fulfill any requests. Free Parking is available at the hotel. A good location for an overnight stay near to the A10

The rooms are looking a bit tired now and are showing signs of wear and tear.

As always, a lovely comfortable bed. The room was clean, & the wi-fi works perfectly. It is close to all amenities, and an excellent breakfast was provided. Air conditioning was lovely, as the weather was very hot. We always stay here when we stop over, on our way further south. There is plenty of good parking;

Nothing to say, It's always a pleasure to stay here, as it caters to our needs perfectly.

We had a beautifully comfortable beds and the pillows were pretty comfortable too. The room and wet room were of a high standard...far better than you would expect for the price.

The restaurant food was poor, both dinner and breakfast. Our stay in the next hotel had a good breakfast with freshly squeezed orange and and lovely choice of meats and cheeses.... this is one area where things could be improved.

Parking is available at the hotel. Check in was very easy and the staff are friendly and helpful. Extra pillows were provided when we asked for them. They will put items in the fridge and freezer on request. The restaurant is popular. There is a large Auchan just over the road with a nice shopping centre. Excellent location for access to the A10

Room is a little 'tired' and there was some damp showing in one corner of the room

We've stayed here on several occasions & it's always a pleasure. Staff are friendly & helpful, & the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is well worth the price. It's close to Motorways for onward & return journeys, & any shopping. Petrol, too.

I just wish there was better lighting in the rooms especially over the bedroom mirror for ladies to put their makeup on I forgot my mirror and had to wait till my husband had finished in the bathroom to use that mirror for my makeup
