Breakfast was surprisingly good with a lot of choices, even freshly squeezed orange juice. Room was spacious and comfortable for one night. Plenty of parking space in front go the hotel

The room was cold and it took a long time to warm it up. Because we visited in early January the temperatures outside were below freezing, so it would have been great if the heating system was more efficient. There was no one at the reception to assist with checkout in the morning after having breakfast, suggestion: if guest already paid everything, make it clear they can drop the room key and leave, just make sure you have a drop-box for that.

The hotel was great, the breakfast had lots of options; but to me what set this hotel apart was the staff. Helpful and caring. We had left behind our son’s soft toy. The hotel staff let me know as soon as we possible that Lightning McQueen was left in the bed, under the covers 🥹 Unfortunately, we were far from the premises at that point to come back for him. However, they helped with the arrangements to bring McQueen home and I’m so pleased to say he has arrived this morning! Thank you so much for going above and beyond. People like you make a difference.

The hotel is conveniently located for a stopover en route to Spain. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel in a massive car park. The hotel is typical Ibis Styles - nothing fancy but pleasant enough and functional. The restaurant was surprisingly good - we had fish & chips and were very happy with what we were served. The staff were very obliging - they happily supplied ice for our cool-box. Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and everything worked.

The room was comfortable, of standard size. The bed was comfortable. They accommodated our pet dog for breakfast which was nice. Breakfast was good, with a good selection of foods. The parking was good for disabled people, near the hotel door. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is on the outskirts of the town, with access to the town only by car.! There is nothing to see or do in that area. The pool was not open as they do not consider this to be an appropriate time of year to open it, although my husband would have used it anyway, but it was not clean for use!!

Our second visit to this hotel. The Location directly on the freeway with ample parking. Quiet , clean, tidy and warm which was very welcoming as the temperature had dropped below zero and stay there all day and night. The on site restaurant had a good selection and not over priced. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would we stay here again absolutely.

Not a lot not to like about the hotel.

Our room and the hotel was very clean. Staff very polite and efficient. The room was large, and the beds were very comfortable too. The bathroom was clean and large enough for us. We ate in the restaurant that night and the food was good and tasty, and the beer cold and so was the cocktails! Breakfast was a continental, with lovely fresh juice.

I messaged when I booked the hotel, to inform them I was disabled, and would require a room either on the ground floor if possible, and close to the amenities as I can not walk more than a few steps. Unfortunately, we was put into room that we had to use the lift, and the room was at the bottom of a very long corridor. It probably wouldn't be far for some, but with someone with osteoarthritis in every joint, and lung disease, I wasn't very well by the time I finally made it to my room. And then in the morning, I dreaded going for breakfast, as I knew I would be stared at as I wouldn't have been able to breathe by then! Please read messages!

Cleanliness. Restaurant was reminiscent of a student cafeteria but the food was very good. Room was quirky, well maintained and meticulously clean.

There is nothing of any interest around the hotel, it is purely a place to stop over. If you are not planning an early start make sure you ask for a room away from reception and car park because some fellow travellers were up and out by 5.30 a.m. so plenty of banging doors and cars starting up not to mention the refuse collectors truck cutting thru the car park at 6 a.m. none of which is the fault of the hotel but annoying when you were planning a lie in.

Staff very friendly. We had diner in the restaurant after a long drive from London which was very good. The location was great for us as it was a short drive from the motorway, which meant that we could get an early start the next morning to continue the journey

The Pac Man decor was a little different from the norm, but certainly not offensive and probably great fun if you have small kids.

One of the greatest places we stayed during our long travels with car in Europe. Since the first moment the person in the reception was super friendly and welcoming to us, it was greatly appreciated by us as we arrived later then expected due to heavy traffic. The room was spectacular, very big and the bed very comfy. The breakfast was tasty!

As expected, a comfy, welcoming room was fine to have both a cat and a dog in the room. It's a great price, in a good spot right amongst some restaurants and takeaways. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. More than suitable for solo travellers, those with pets, or families. You know what you get with Ibis and this was no exception.

Was exactly what I expected and value for money. It's not the Conrad or a high end Hilton, but you'd know that when booking one of these. So as far as getting what you expect, no complaints here.
