It was such good value! The beds were very comfortable. Location was good... A pleasant 15min stroll into town center. We only met 1 member of staff but she was friendly and helpful. We weren't there long enough to see more than just our room and the lobby... Sad I didn’t get a chance to play the table football.

The shared toilet wasn't a particularly pleasant experience... Clean enough but it's a small windowless room with a motion sensor light. The light would go off and you had to wave your arms around to get it on again. It was also extremely hot in the toilet! For the price though that can definitely be forgiven!

Excellent staff, I was unaware of the check in by 10pm, the front desk called. I informed them I wouldn't arrive before 11 and they waited for me. The peoples at the reception demonstrated exemplary customer service. My daughter started an ear infection overnight, they provided me with details for a private clinic to have her see a doctor in addition to all the great information on Rouen and its surroundings. Very pleased with my stay.

The location is a little out of the city and would not have been as easily accessible without a car. Not much parking available onsite.

It has picturesque views. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is a good social hub and the garden is lovely. I did my best to speak French - need more practice.

The lights in the corridors and the toilets only lasted a few seconds and were going off when you weren't always near a switch. (I realise this is to save energy, but...) There was no light at all on the top stairs.

The location was very good, with a bus stop directly outside the building to the city centre (lines T2 and T3) and a small boulangerie (bakery) just down the road. It's also pretty close to the city centre (15-20mins) on foot if you'd prefer to walk. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.

My only complaint is that there were no sinks in the toilets to wash your hands, only hand sanitiser dispensers. You had to go back to your room to wash your hands properly. But I would otherwise recommend it.

The place is ok! It's like 15 walk away from the city center, although there is no much around (for ex supermarket, you have to go closer to the city center). There's a bus stop in the front of the building in any case. It has a nice balcony and park. Common spaces were super clean including bathroom. Luckly the staff speak english.

Wifi did not work in the rooms, that was the worst! Another thing that should be included in the price for me is the towel. You have to pay 2 EUR extra to get want.

Good location only a shortish walk out of town in a nice old building with large grounds. Beds where good for a hostel and included breakfast was a plus.

Kitchen facility probably could have been a bit more and was a bit annoying that the only places you could sit outside of the rooms at nighttime to not disturb the other dormmates had sensor light that would keep turning off leaving you in darkness.

Nice to be able to chat with another chap in the room. Great to be able to cook something to eat.

Ok with the hand sanitiser, but it seemed odd not having a sink in the toilets.

The bed was confortable and I had the chance to be alone in the room. Room temperature was perfect for me. It's near the bus station. The staff was nice and I felt very confortable in this hostel. I stayed only one night but the garden seems pretty and I enjoyed the breakfast as well.

There are lockers under bed but no possibility to use it as I didn't have the key. Peoples were noisy even after 10pm (this is a message to people staying in hostel: stop thinking you are alone in the building!). The bathroom smell strange to me.

it’s a bit far from the city center but easily accessible by bus. moving around inside the building is a bit tricky.

Beautiful building, great location. Garden lovely. Breakfast very good.

The heat in the modern plastic floor room was oppressive. Curtains dirty. Bed very hot and hard. The upper floor showers smelt really terrible of drains and pee.
