The soap in the room, had a nice scent. It didn't trigger neither my mum or my asthma.

The staff was cooking with Hot Oil in the kitchen between3 and 4 in the morning causing the fire alarm to go off for 10 mins. I was working on my computer until 1 am so having a fire alarm go off a few hours latter wasn't the best experience. WhenI went downstairs to ask the staff member what was going on, he replied I'm french "bon!" Gave me two thumbs up and not even an apology. I spoke to the day staff and he told me he was making the hard build eggs...you do not cook hard boil eggs in oil. Anyway, we left but extremely tired for a already grooling journey

The bed was big and comfortable. The shower was also generous. The hotel was near enough to the centre to walk easily in 15 mins (we are over 70 years of age). It was very quiet. We were able to park at the hotel for a daily charge, and staff explained how we could take the car out for a trip and return it in the evening.

It would have been nice to be able to access the outside space, which does feature in the photos of the hotel. The room was small and there were few hooks and no drawers and 1 chair. 3 nights for 2 people was OK, but more would have been difficult.

Cheap, comfortable, and clean. While the furnishings are basic, the room was actually fine and comfortable. The hotel lobby and hallways look a bit tired, but the room was modern. The location is handy, and the parking and EV charging were very useful.

It's on a sort of slip road, so absolutely nothing next to the hotel. However there are pavements and an almost straight route into the centre to the cathedral, only 15 mins walk away.

Needed one night stay next to the Rouen university. The staff was extremely nice, I spoke my broken French, but they speak English too. The parking is not included, but if you ask in advance, its about 8 euro/day. Big bonus is that the parking is in enclosed parking space with cameras and you can leave your car there up to 5 pm on the day you're leaving (but ask the desk before - they might be full). Breakfast was very nice with some local foods.

Staff was amazing. Check in was fast. Breakfast was good. Nice, clean room. Small but cozy. No A/C so we had to sleep by opened window. And boy, the best water pressure(shower)I have ever expreienced. It was fantastic. Really close to attractions. While it is just off the highway, it is in a safe area. Great value foe the money.

The hotel benefits from an excellent location for exploring the centre of Rouen, very easy to find and just off the ring road. It offers a small private parking for €8 per day. I was not able to pre-book a parking space, but there was space available when we arrived. Check-out at 12 is a plus. The receptionist spoke very good English, which helped as neither of us spoke French. The breakfast tables have electric sockets, so you can charge your phone in the morning. The rhubarb jam served at breakfast with pancakes was very nice.

The breakfast would benefit from including fresh vegetables (e.g. tomatoes, cucumbers or peppers) and savoury cooked options, making €9.40 per person a better deal. There was only one electric socket in the room. The bathroom did not appear to have much ventilation and there was a bit of mould visible on the grouting in the shower cabin. There was a sign in the bathroom saying that a shaver plug is under the mirror - it was very hard to lift its cover, but I did manage in the end.

When we arrived we had the feeling we where way further out of the center than we expected. Luckily we where absolutely wrong. The location is actually quite good and everything is in walkin distance. We had space for the car and did not move it anymore until we left. Actually one of our best nights of sleep in a while, the bed was super soft, good pillows. That was a big plus for us.

The bathroom was quite small for 2 people. You'll find a way around it's good to know if you're not super comfortable with the person you're traveling with.

This is a gem of a budget hotel, situated just a short walk from the historical centre. The rooms are small but very clean with large comfy beds. There is free wi fi and vending machines in the lobby. French breakfast is available and secure parking must be pre booked for 8 euro. You can leave your car until 1700 on the day of departure and they are in the process of installing DC EV charging. The staff are helpful and friendly and sadly their English is better than my French. I shall be returning

No aircon in room and the shower cubicle was very small

10 minutes walk from the centre of Rouen. Secure parking. Rooms small and basic but clean and good enough for one nights stopover. Staff helpful and friendly.

Mould in one bathroom and the other had leaky plumbing. Twin room beds narrow with no gap between. No air con so we needed the windows open because it was a hot night, so it was quite noisy during the night.

The room was quiet clean, the pillows were small though. The shower was tiny. The breakfast was modest for 9 Euros. Advantages: budget convenient hotel close to the hospital, if you are here for a conference our a course. Disadvantages: the night can be a little noisy. The room is very small and limited in comfort.

Better breakfast. Tea bags and coffee in room.
