I love the location. Having a Carrefour grocery store downstairs and trolley across the street were magnificent!!!!! In general the staff were pleasant and helpful. The residence was very attractive and I felt comfortable and secure.

Scheduling the weekly cleaning. I was not able to take advantage of the weekly cleaning because of Schedule conflicts. The front desk was very stingy with the trash bags and towels.

The good is: excellent value for money, the room is clean, and Tram #9 is just outside the building, so getting into Paris is convenient. Good location, nearby grocery and restaurants. Safe building where you use your room's key card to open the main door during night hours.

I didnt like that cleaning is once a week. You can pay extra for the cleaning staff to come in whenever you want. That is my ONLY complaint and I wouldn't disuade anyone from staying there.

Room is clean and met the expectation

This was the third stay in this hotel and unsurprisingly the shower head in this room was also loose so it fell from the holder. Also the plastic shower curtain is a disaster. Why not a glass cabin. This time we didn’t take the breakfast because this is so bad at this place while there are excellent bakeries nearby.

Staff were not ready to go extra mile to assist. Needed phone and laptop charger, and they couldn't assist.

They were virtually chasing me from.the room after 12 noon. Non of the receptionist could communicate in English

Comfort and good customer service

They didn’t have an early check in and no changing bed. I had my period the day of my arrival and they couldn’t afford to give me clean bed sheets. I had to sleep on stained sheets for two days and I was disappointed.

I did not like the fact that they blocked a caution on my credit card and i still did not get it back on my account despite the fact that i insisted on paying the deposit with banknotes

The hotel is on a very good location. The tram stop is just in front. From there you can easily move to the city and to Orly airport. The welcoming was really nice, we don't speak French but personnel there spoke to us in either English or Spanish. Room size and amenities were ok for what we needed (mostly prepare dinner and sleep). There is a nice bakery in the corner and a supermarket in the same block.

The toilet has not a good ventilation so smelled a bit (humidity). Kitchenette is very small, there is not enough space to prepare food. Lift broke during our stay so we had to use the stairs.

Room, bathroom, bed and towels were clean.

It was too hot in the room but the lady at the front desk gave us a fan.

Good rate, large room, comfy bed, secured access, nice staff, quiet rooms

You had to borrow and ask for a hair dryer and leave a deposit The breakfast was limited in choice (and no more whole bread after 9h30)

well located (close to public transport and good shopping), nice large bedroom, great bed, quiet, great facilities in the room (kitchenette), staff very nice, free magazines, safe entry to the hotel with card.

the breakfast choice was limited (eggs only on Saturday, the banana on display were rotten)
