I really hoped the electric cars were operational – it would've been fantastic to personally tour my mom around the resort. Since she uses a walker, having those cars available would have made the experience much smoother and more enjoyable for both of us.

The stuff Speaks good English, Perfect place for relaxation, so quit and comfortable to clear up the mind for 2-3 days, loved the facility, the view, the services specially the mini lounge privet reservation and the bicycle rental. the hole experience was exceptional basically we were living in the woods with a 5 star services. Actually I'll be coming back soon ....

The cottage's outside front sealing needs to be maintained - the restaurant's menu is so limited - the late breakfast timings!! i'd rather have breakfast at 6-7 am but unfortunately the breakfast is 10-12 A privet poot or a hot top is highly recommend

Very beautiful resort with amazing view of Tbilisi! Cottages have all needed facilities, spa center offers plenty of procedures. Amazing place to relax and recover. Food at restaurant was very nice!

Some of the staff was arrogant, not helpful and had zero flexibility. Service part definitely could be improved especially keeping in mind its a five star facility. They were sending us back and forth - lounge claimed they are not preparing food, restaurant was also claiming that they are not preparing food. Also we were warned that quiet time starts at 10 pm, however, a party was lasting at least till 3 am in restaurant and we could not sleep because of music. When we requested to check out a bit later due to this reason - nobody cared. Keeping in mind its wellness resort - I would expect to have a chance to rest properly.

My mom and I just returned from our second visit to Bioli Wellness Resort, and it was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Nothing it was all incredible

Perfect location, secluded and away from the hassle of the city. Our room was warm and comfy. Wide glass windows offered an uninterrupted view of the beautiful location. And our cabin had a rooftop with a swing. The restaurant menu was limited but the food was delicious and fresh. A small buffet in the morning the food was satisfactory.

The washroom can get really cold 🥶 in the morning. WiFi died on our 2nd day.

The territory of the resort and Bioli itself are just gorgeous! …everything is green and peaceful silence with the sounds of nature... we really loved it! The only thing is that the restaurant and staff there don’t really understand what good service is, this needs some work... very slow and not really caring about the guests, hospitality leaves much to be desired... everything else is perfect !!! special thanks to the reseption, well done girls

Restaurant hospitality is poor…

Location is absolutely amazing, in the middle of the forest overlooking Tbilisi it a great place for a getaway. Cottages are cute, we had the one with the view on the city and I totally recommend it. The armchair is super cozy :) Breakfast and service were good too

Room service food is delivered in take away single use containers and its very inconvenient to eat. Please consider proper serving or at least provide plates.

The resort is situated in an absolutely superb location. It's hard to put into words the serenity that the surrounding nature brings. The facilities provided are top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. The breakfast was great, and the food was generally good. We dined in one of the two restaurants since the other was not operational during our visit, what we tried was agreeable. The personnel were polite, approachable, and accommodating. We truly appreciated the resort's willingness to accommodate an early check-in, allowing us to maximize our short stay.

The need for the resort staff to inspect our rooms before clearing our departure left us with a feeling of mistrust. This not only delayed our checkout but also slightly marred an otherwise lovely experience.

It is really very special place! Amazing pine trees fresh air, silence, high quality doctor, unique welness procedures, beautiful views, amazing stuff, my dream villa houses and list goes on… Everything is premium quality, everything is thought through and cared to the details. It’s the first and only place I found that really created and pioneering true wellness concept in Georgia. Not in a superficial way but truly in foundational way. And I am talking as someone working in Welness business. In my opinion, quality is even better then I have experienced in other welness places in other countries. I was worried that pictures were too polished and will not represent reality (like in many other places in Georgia) but actually I found the place even nicer then in those nice pictures already. I happened to meet the owner and it really touched me how much heart and soul he puts in this place with his own hands, he cares about all the details in the genuine way. And you can feel that in the place. Going home with very positive and almost surreal experience… Please keep that level of professionalism, focus on health throughout all place in growing this super unique and creatively authentic place.
