Breakfast was satisfactory. Location was good. Both tram and bus are available, close to the hotel. But the room was very silent. I saw no problem for hygiene. In the breakfast room, staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no slipper in the hotel. Bring yours. There was no change in the breakfast. Along four days, all products were in the same type. For a long accomodation, it can be very boring. The man in the reception was not friendly. When I just asked the availability for paper slipper, he said with a rude attitude that the hotel is not a five-star hotel, as if I do not know where I am staying and as if I have stayed in such a hotel for the first time in my life.

Good location for business trips to the Northern part of Munich. Bus and tram stops nearby. Supermarket in the same building. Nice room. Blackout curtains. Kettle, coffee maker, mini-fridge. Iron and ironing board. Sufficient number of hangers for clothes. Strong wi-fi. Reach breakfast. Friendly staff. The price/quality ratio is significantly better than at other hotels in the area.

Very soft mattress (but this is a personal feeling). No cabinet with drawers for clothes and small items. Modest list of TV channels. It would be desirable to add a safe. No safety barrier in the window that opens immediately from the floor level.

We've book a triplle room, because we had 2 year old child, nevertheless we paid just as a regular double room. Also the cleaness of the room was on the high level. The larger bed had a wheels so we could merge it with a child bed, so the kid did not fall during the sleep. Also the "happy hour" surprised us also with a 30% discount on all beverages. The restaurant lounge and the reception were modern, wide and with a nice view. Also upon we did the check-out the stuff provided us with the exit ticket for the garage so we'd easier pack our luggage and leave.

The position of the reception e.g. on the 6th floor was a bit surprising to me and ease of using the elevator with the room card was a bit anoying at the begining, but we got use to it after some time.

Everything about it. Perfekt location. We took the tram in to town every day. Such a joyable ride. Very much a homefeeling in the lounge. Was just the best experience. I can highly recommend it. If we come back to Munich we will definetely stay at the hotel again. We also attended a familyfestival at the showpalatz which was located north of the hotel. Communications to this place was also so smoth and easy. Love the city and I love the hotel. ( Sorry I didnt take picts from inside the hotel. ) The price was also very good.

Nothing I didnt like. The only thing is there could have been more vegetables and fruits in the breakfast buffet.

The staff are very helpful, kind and friendly. The person who received us even wrote on a little sticky note one of the brauhauses that he suggested we go visit. Our room was spacious, clean, and the little balcony looked over the courtyard that was full of snow, and it was quiet. The bathroom floor had underfloor heating on already, which really makes such a difference. The bus stop is right in front of the door, and the tram is right next to the hotel in this piece of grass area (Schwabing Nord stop). The wifi was also good, and you had better control over the aircon and heating, we kept the underfloor heating in the bathroom on, but swithed off the aircon and heating and just left the window slightly open, because we want a cooler room to sleep in.

This is not something they can change, but I guess the only thing not awesome, is the location, although super close to public transport lines (2 bus lines in front of the door, 2 tram lines next to the building), it just looks a little more corporate there in the area and not walking distance to much (it is the end of the tram line for example). But this is really the only thing, and this is something that can be seen with a google earth view before booking, so I kind of knew it already, but the hotel was affordable and you get a lof for what you pay.

As always the Premier Inn was clean and really comfortable, great sized rooms and the lobby and restaurant area were also nice and clean. Staff were very friendly and gave us information on the best ways to get into the centre of Munich from the hotel.

Parking is underground underneath the hotel but is charged at 18 euros per day, not included in the cost of hotel room. The location isn't anywhere near the centre of Munich but there are public transport connections with a bus stop outside the hotel which can take you to the underground where you can catch the train into Munich which takes about 10 minutes. The room was quite expensive on this occasion given the location but this was due to Oktoberfest.

Location of the hotel exactly at the streetcar loop. Quick and efficient transport to the city center - in 15 minutes. Rooms clean and spacious, equipped to a satisfactory degree.

It would be useful to train the staff on local questions such as: is there paid parking in the area - I was only informed that I could buy parking at the hotel (super business approach, but I only wanted to park outside). The staff could not answer my question clearly. Outside it was 33 degrees C, unfortunately there was no refrigerator in the room. Despite staying in the room, the air conditioner automatically turned off.

The room was clean and cozy. The insulation was great there was no external noise from the road next to the hotel. The staff was great and helpful, they helped us immediately when the TV wasn't working. There was grocery store right next to the hotel. It was easily accessible by public transportation.

The pillows were not in our taste. The other elevator button to our floor was broken during our stay but luckily there was another elevator. The location in general was bit far away from the center.

Location is great .team and bus outside the front door , supermarket Aldi next to the hotel .you can check in 24/7 and it is an nice quiet area close to the city centre.the hotel is clean and the temperature in the rooms perfect .I would recommend it good value for money

While the one receptionist ,the young one was understanding and he even changed us room ,I couldn't tell the same for the one who was working night shift .be aware not to open the window,it doesn't close again.
