Great location for seeing the sights with terrific access to public transport that can ferry you across Berlin, I had one of the top rooms which I adored for its views and light. Very clean bathroom which was enclosed unlike others on the property. Rosa on the front desk was helpful. Love all the many local restaurants and the Magic John pizza by the slice across the road was fabulous.

The breakfast is pricey for what it is. Do not understand why the only coffee options in German hotels are crap. However the coffee shop next door is good and the wonderful House of Little Wonders which serves an outstanding breakfast is quite close.

Good room size for multi-nights stay. Convenient central location.

We were informed we needed to explicitly ask for cleaning via some website. The website claims cleaning is done in any case after three night. We relied on that and after coming back in the evening after the third night, we were unpleasantly surprised to find no cleaning occurred. Upon request reception arranged for cleaning the next day and provided fresh towels but we still had to spend that night with sheets less clean than we would have liked. Also the cleaning was done not quite at the time we requested, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location was fantastic! It’s within walking distance of so many attractions. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and comfortable with roof-to-floor sized windows making it lovely and bright. The staff are friendly.

The double bed is dressed with a duvet for one person so as a couple this is a bit uncomfortable. As it was warm in Berlin, we managed just fine. The shower/bath basin is quite high up and a bit steep and slippy when stepping out. This wasn’t an issue for us but the window door which opens could be a safety hazard if there are small children staying.

The location was great, in the middle of the centre with lots of big tourist points on walking distance. Could park our car easily in the fancy parking garage (beware a big suf will not fit). In the neighborhood lot's of restaurants suitable for quick bites or extensive diners. Room was great, felt spacious, mean to make your own coffee in the morning etc. The 'curtain' bathroom was nice and still very comfortable and spacious, and did not make the room moist or something like that at all. We were very happy to have chosen this hotel. Btw the coffee express next to the hotel sells bread buns etc in case you missed the breakfast!

The location is good with a metro station just around the corner to connect you to anywhere in Berlin and it felt safe. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the street outside was busy and trams running there was little disturbance from noise. Didn't take breakfast so I can't comment on that but there was tea and coffee in the room. It would have been good if they had explained on check in that I could refill supplies from downstairs. I liked that you get a choice whether you want the room refreshed every day or not. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

Great location. Many restaurants and bakeries in the area to chose from. Many of the places we wanted to visit were in walking distance and easy to get to. Staff were very helpful!!!! especially with the on-site parking as well as providing a street map and pointing tourist site and timeframe to walk. Would stay again

It was strange that the room key card has to be used to get the power on in the room. It would be nice if there was some information listed in the room to indicate how to "turn on" the power

The space ,the lovely big windows with interesting street views and the complimentary mini- bar which had one bottle of beer and one bottle of cider per day along with one Coka Cola and one Fresh Orange .Complimentary bottled water too .Various teas and a good coffee machine with capsules .Great location for Fotografiska exhibitions, restaurants bakery , walk to park ,river ,The Dom and a few museums

We had an executive suite and it was sold as having soundproof walls...BUT our' s had an adjoining door with the one next to us and you could hear chatter ,coughing , laughing ,tv ,music, toilet going ,shower going ,electric blinds going up and down from next door .Bathroom was awkward getting in and out shower and the water temperature was not constant .Coffee table and dining table both very marked from cup stains and scratches .Tv was in a strange place and had to be moved along with its cabinet so as to see it from the sitting area .

The room was huge. The view out or the floor to ceiling windows was amazing. So lovely to sit and look out at the view.

The kitchenette was a fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine and some coffee cups. There were no bowls, plates, wine glasses, tea towel, spoons, dishwashing equipment etc. This meant we could not have breakfast in the room. The bathroom was very small, and the shower/bath arrangement was awkward. It would have been difficult for someone less agile than ourselves. There was a lot of wasted space that could have been used to make the bathroom and bedroom bigger.

The location was terrific (a short walk to the Museum Island and the opera house, among other things), and also close to several public transportation options (tram, bus, train). There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. The room was very large and the WiFi was strong. Breakfast was pleasant and convenient. Staff was available 24 hours a day in case you needed anything.

The furnishings and decor were basic, dated, and a little tired-looking but everything was functional and spotlessly clean, and the beds were comfortable, so I didn’t mind. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to street noise, be advised that trams run right in front of the hotel.

The hotel is located in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, bars, public transport nearby. The staff were very helpful, we were able to leave our luggage before check in and after check out. Although our room was ready when we arrived so we were able to check in then go straight out to explore Berlin. The breakfast was perfect , lots of choices and available till 11am. Perfect hotel to enjoy Berlin.
