Perfect location, room size was okay. Staff was extremely welcoming- we arrived very early (around 9 am) and we were able to get our room, even though we didnt ask for earlier check in and would have been happy just to give our luggage away. Breakfast selection was not the biggest, but the quality was great and everything was fresh, so I would say thats even more important. Room was cleaned every day. Our windows were facing the street and even though there was an intersection right in front of our windows, the street noise didnt bother us. Of course with a hotel in downtown you have to consider with somewhat traffic noise, but in our opinion the windows were enough soundproof.

Carpets cleanliness was rather questionable. We had a crawling baby with us, thats why we noticed it.

Elevators are not enough especially during peak time. Sometimes we had to wait more than 10min and we couldnt use stairs bcz we have baby. They cant put new ones but maybe change their logic to better use.

I stayed here with my teenage daughter for 3 nights. We had a twin room with decent size comfortable beds - super clean room and pretty well equipped. Wifi was good. Air con was great but it was super hot out so we asked for an extra fan (delivered within minutes). The staff were all really attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also great (get there before 8am as otherwise I think it's quite busy, but this is made clear when you arrive). I was a bit dubious before staying here as we got a great deal but some reviews had complained about cleanliness, air con, and breakfast, but there were no issues. It was also really handy to leave luggage (for free) on our last day and pick it up late afternoon. Alexanderplatz is minutes away on foot, and the bus to Kreuzberg was about 50m away. Gym was small but all that we needed. I've paid a lot more elsewhere for an equivalent experience.

Location was excellent. A very short walk from the main train station from the airport and also close to lots of restaurants and a huge shopping centre. The hotel was perfectly clean and our luggage was stored safely, for hours both before and after our stay with no problems at all. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful however the breakfast area is quiet small and can get very crowded during busy times. I recommend being early. The staff were always very friendly, helpful and kind.

Comfortable and very quiet room. This is the first time I can sleep in the hotel without distractions. They let us check in at 9 at the morning huge thanks for that. Early check in changed our vocation experience a lot. Breakfast is varying. Food quality is good.

No hot water at night, at around 21:00 and till the morning (this happened every night so not a coincidence). That is absolutely unexeptable for a hotel especially since they do not inform about this. Breakfast zone can not handle amount of people, huge queue to get the food, room is too small. You need to fight for a place to sit, we spend 10 minutes to find a table. TV is useless since no wireless connection options only hdmi, so no way to watch netflix or connect your tablet. Cleaning lady entered the room despite the "do not disturb sign"

The location of the hotel is excellent - it is near public transport, walking distance to everything in the city centre, and all the nice eateries in Prenzlauer Berg are easily accessible. As out room faced the courtyard, it was surprisingly quiet, considering that the hotel is by a busy road. Breakfast is plentiful, even though the selection is a bit generic.

Elevators are a bit slow at times, so being on a higher floor can be somewhat annoying. A bit more attention to detail might be nice - for example, at breakfast, the fruit salad was frozen solid one morning.

The breakfast is very tasty and accommodated people from different cultures which is really nice (Very diverse). The location is great because it was a movable distance to the Christmas market, tv tower, Berlin dom, station and most popular stores. There is also a tram stop right in front of the hotel which I think is great.

Room was comfortable and well stocked with hairdryer, iron, coffee/tea facilities and air con. Breakfast buffet was exceptional - wide variety of food for all tastes - cereal, fruit, salads, cold meats, hot food, pancakes, pastries, breads, yoghurts - however the waffle iron was a hit with my youngest child! Food was replenished quickly despite the rush between 8.30 and 9.30. It’s served between 6am and 11am so you’ve plenty of time. Staff were friendly and accommodating- our room was ready before the official check in time which was great and the luggage storage facility was offered to us in our final day. The hotel location is fantastic- 3 minute walk to alexanderplatz which is well connected with trains, buses and trains for exploring Berlin. The platz itself is very lively with shopping, dining and entertainment options on offer.

It would be great if the hotel had a restaurant for lunch and evening meals. There are options nearby though so it’s not a major disadvantage.

The breakfast was very good. There were many varieties for the food that was served and they tasted good as well. The room of the hotel was equipped and fine. The location is very good. The train station is just in front of the hotel which makes it super easy to access everywhere.

The room for breakfast: The tables beside the windows were not very cozy and comfortable as the cold wind passed through the windows. The room at the hotel we stayed in: The room we had was a family room but still I found it a bit small. During our 6 days of stay, our sheets were never changed which I was expecting the sheets were changed once. Even when the beds were made everyday, the stray of hair on it was not taken. Also, during the 6 days, not once the floor was vacuumed. There were litter on the floor during the whole stay.

Hotel was very well located, clean, warm and friendly.

The breakfast area is extremely small for the number of guests. Tensions were extremely high at times when guests were waiting for food refills or just trying to get past each other. There was not enough utensils for the amount of guests.... Breakfast time felt like a mission at times, whereas it should be the relaxing start to your day. Noise from the front side of the hotel, where the tram stop is located was loud at times. Not a lot the hotel can do about it. It can disrupt your sleep. But overall, the room was comfortable and cosy.
