Very clean and modern vibe, the room was spacious and lacked almost nothing and the breakfast was superb! Staff was nice, reception had a bar and a lovely lounge and ran 24/7. We were very satisfied with how this had turned out!

There was no minibar in the room (meaning we couldn’t store our own food and drinks in the room which was a bummer) and the walking shower lacked a curtain meaning the water was EVERYWHERE after showering. Almost no amenities, except for a bottle of 3-in-1 shampoo-shower-handsoap (thankfully I knew that beforehand and brought my own body cream and conditioner). These are all just details or a wishlist of sorts, but they would definitely add to the already pretty lovely experience!

The room and bathroom were very clean (I am a germophobe so I take cleanliness seriously). We really enjoyed the smart mirror in the bathroom, we played music on it constantly while we were in the room. The staff was incredibly nice, prompt and accommodating in addressing all of our requests. We also appreciated that the hotel is environmentally conscious.

If I have to choose one thing, the mattress was a bit harder than I like but it wasn’t necessarily an issue.

Super fast check in and check out! The staff, all of them very nice people with motivation to bring us help, to answer our questions and give us recomendations even if the language and interation were not easy. (german/english/spanish languages at same time) Nice place, basic in terms of facilities but enough for our weekend. No so far from public transport stops, this was really nice due to the context with the weather during the weekend.

The rooms were cold, even thought we were trying to increase the temperature in the display, at the wall. (ok, is not a tragedy, just an observation). The cleaning service was missing during two nights. I was in charge to make my bed and clean the toilette. Maybe I did not understand your policy to save effort en cleaning service ( no service = 1 drink free) but nothing happened.

The room was modern, cleanly decorated, and had many thoughtful touches in the room. The TV bluetooth connection allowed you to connect your phone to watch cast videos and play music. There was also a bluetooth connection for the bathroom mirror so that you could listen to music. There was a safe, and an open storage arrangement to unpack luggage and spread out or store it. I particularly liked the bedding at the Niu (I stayed at 2 sites during this whole trip) and has a home feeling to the bedding rather than just being a hotel. There is a cool air circulation system (didn't seem to be air con) but definitely helped to have that circulate on the particularly hot days. There was also external roller shutters on the window to keep out the heat of the day, or all the light for the nighttime. to get a true blackout sleep, The road it is on is quite quiet and seems to be office and corporate locations - no resturants on the same road for eg but some close by. There is a good sized supermarket on a parallel road perhaps a 10min walk where you can buy refridgerated drinks. Hotel staff were always happy to supply me with ice during my stay, and was a bar available. I had breakfast one of the days and whilst it seemed expensive compared to other countries, it seemed to be priced fairly for Germany. It had a good selection of hot and cold food, and was easily organised ad-hoc during my stay. I understand that the hotel can also provide other food/snacks for guests, not really as a restaurant, but I did not try any of this. The closest S-Bahn/U-Bahn stations were about 10-15mins walk in 2 directions. I hired the electric bikes during my stay and found that easier to explore berlin on with the nice weather. And because of the corporate surroundings, there was always plenty available to rent nearby.

The rooms are equip with very heavy firedoors with poor dampeners on the close. Everytime somebody in rooms on the same wall let the door swing shut, it would shake the room and slam, and it was very irritating in the late evening or early hours. Room would have been improved with a fridge, possibly full air conditioning too, but the absence was more notable with the very hot weather, which I dont think would be an issue under typical weather conditions. I was never too warm in the room. Location is a bit further from the public transport connections compared to some other choices, but I feel the luxury of the hotel offset that inconvenience.

Very cosy and petit, the bed was comfy. Located outside the busy commercial area, but more in an office area. I quite liked it because it was quiet and easily accessible by bus. I only stayed for the Berlin Marathon weekend, so was happy that I stayed in a quiet and chill hotel.

There wasn't something I didn't like, it all was very well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have their breakfast, as it didn't serve what I wanted to eat, but saw plenty of other guests enjoying their meals.

Perfect Cleanliness, perfect beds. A very modern room, equipped with Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom and the room, the curtains are also automated, the AC was working properly. Nice surroundings, quiet area with lots of cafes and kebabs around.

the only drawback is that it is not easy to get there, to get to the centre you have to changed multiple transports or walk a lot.

Simple but good hotel to stay a night or two traveling to Berlin. We were able to find a free parking slot on the street, but that is not guaranteed. nice bedding and clean rooms

Breakfast is ok, but the pancake machine didn't work, I think the staff was just lazy to tern it on and clean later. and there were no fried eggs

Clean, friendly staff, cool features in the room like Bluetooth speaker in the shower. Sound proof walls, comfortable beds.

That the bathroom was a wet room instead of having a separate shower. It wasn’t that big of a problem, just would have to dry the floor after showering.

Excellent breakfast, really good beds, very nice rooms although a bit small, very nice and modern bathrooms, a bar open until late, and cherry on the cake, a free drink at the bar every time you ask for not doing your room.

My only drawback is the geographical position : it is more than 1 km from the closest S or U-Bahn. For me, no problem, I like to walk but if you need to go somewhere, plan it and add 10-12 mins easily to your journey.
