This modern hotel is a good value for the center of a mid-sized European city. I liked the fact that it was in center but isolated away from the party areas. 8-10 min walk from hauptbahnhof. Lots of bakeries and shopping steps away. The across the street from a mall. It is also clean and comfortable. The shower was very nice, and the toilet is in its own room, which might help couples traveling together. The option for the self check in was easy. The coffee maker in the lobby is a bonus.

The plastic chair in the room was not very comfortable.

An amazing hotel with wonderful staff! We chose this hotel for its location, style, and great reviews — and we couldn’t have made a better choice. So happy we stayed here! We arrived early, around 10 AM, before the official check-in time. The staff kindly offered us wait until 12:00 for check-in. However, since it was my birthday on the day of arrival, they surprised us by checking us in immediately free of charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture! On top of that, they gifted us two small bottles of Riesling wine — an absolutely lovely surprise. Thank you so much for this, Stephie! The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. We especially liked the large shower and the fact that the air conditioning worked perfectly. In the hotel lobby, there was also a coffee machine available where guests could enjoy complimentary coffee — either in a cup or to take away. I would like to give special thanks to the staff for their hospitality. In particular, to Stephie who checked us in, and another gentleman working the night shift (unfortunately I don’t know his name). We were leaving very early in the morning, and he kindly offered us coffee to take with us. Although we declined as we were in a rush, the gesture itself was very thoughtful.

Lady in upstairs restaurant/breakfastroom couldhavebeen friendlier.Therecould have been more choice of, especially, warm foods. If I'd paid an 18€ supplement for the breakfast I'd havebeen unhappy. As it was included it was fine.

It was impossible to reach the hotel by phone. I tried zeveral times atdifferenttimes of day. You simply got an answerphone asking you whether you'd like to speak in English or German (I tried both options) then the line went dead. Why didn't the recorded message simply tell you you'd rung at the wrong time? In theory, the hotel has a 24hr reception so it made no sense.... I ended up having to cancel the reservation then re-make it once they'd answered an email query. The staff on reception were lovely though!

Clean, centrally located, and pleasantly priced.

The hotel actively collaborates with the city, various organizations, and businesses, and often hosts events on its premises. On the night of our stay, there was an ’80s-themed rooftop party with very loud music that went on until 3 AM. While hotel guests are welcome to join such events free of charge—which is definitely a nice perk—those who simply wish to rest might find their needs overlooked, unfortunately. There was no fridge or kettle in the room, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel is located in the city center, 5min walk from the train station and close to public transportation. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the hotel proximity. The room was modern, very clean and with comfortable bed. The temperature was excellent as well. Big shower cabin with hot water. The breakfast include various type of cheese, meats, salads, eggs and some sweets. The coffe is excellent.

Something to prepare a hot tea in the room will be nice. Also please consider to include some fresh fruits for the breakfast (at least apples and bananas).

I recently stayed at the Hotel Prize by Radisson in Dortmund City, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar, which offered stunning views of the city and was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Prize by Radisson for anyone visiting Dortmund. It offers excellent value for money, a prime location, and top-notch service. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the city!

The hotel is in a perfect location. Everything is nearby. Staff speaks English and is very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is quiet. They serve continental breakfast, with a selection of bread rolls, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, pancakes, pastries and various type of breakfast cereal/oats. Overall, it is great place to stay.

I think breakfast is a little bit overpriced, but there is a choice to book without so it is not a problem. I wish there was a kettle with some tea bags in the room.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is super clean and modern, with all the latest tech. The rooms are beautifully decorated, cozy, and super comfortable. Everything was spotless, and you can tell they really care about keeping it that way. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Great location too — close to everything but still peaceful. I’d definitely come back and totally recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The room is clean, fresh, light, warm (I was there in March), there is everything you need first. Very quiet location, and 10 minutes walking from central station. Good staff at the reception. I liked it mostly.

Very soft mat (I don’t like it, maybe for another people it’s ok). There’s not a glasses to drink a water, could be nice to put a little refrigerator in the room (so if you need it, you can ask and put food in refrigerator in reception). I stay 2 nights, nobody clean the room.
