I received a voucher for free drink at the hotel's bar as excange for opting out from the room cleaning service, which was for me perfectly fine for a 3 night stay.

Bed blankets were kind of narrow. I am an average sized adult and the blankets were just barely covering my entire body. Wifi in the room was slow and unreliable with lots of disconnects. Toilet flush button was hidden behind the toiled lid which made flushing the toilet really awkward. Never ever seen this before anywhere else I’m not sure what type of bed mattresses this hotel uses but sometimes I could feel some metal parts of the mattress frame.

Lovely dog friendly room, great location, clean and welcoming vibe

The check in process took unbelievably long - there was a queue and it seemed to take about half an hour per group checking in. In addition I don’t know why we had to book two rooms for our family of four when one of our rooms had a double sofa bed in it, dual aspect windows and was easily jig enough for the whole family - two adults two children. If we had been able to book this one room I would have given a 9/10 for our stay.

The breakfast was excellent, with ample vegan options, the staff were very friendly, they helped me merge two reservations so I could stay in one room, the room had a kettle and a selection of teas, there was coffee, fresh fruit and pastries in the lobby, the room was quiet and had temperature control that I could set to my liking. It was very clean.

The view from the window and the surroundings are a bit underwhelming

I was especially impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of the hotel staff. Due to an error at booking, the room was booked twice and booking charged the payment twice. I would especially like to acknowledge the help of the manager on duty that day named Yaita. She not only noticed the error herself, but also did everything necessary to correct it! Yaita's help was sincere, and it was especially nice!

We highly recommend this hotel and come back again. It's conveniently located near the central area, with a supermarket and café close by. The surroundings are very quiet, and the coffee machine in the reception was a great touch.

The air-conditioning or fridge occasionally starts making noise for about 10 seconds. Additionally, coffee pods were not available at the reception desk for us to take to our room.

Lovely comfortable beds. Clean rooms. I loved the water and fruit left out in the lobby as well as the coffee machine. Excellent breakfast.

Unfortunately the garage was closed due to rennovation. I would like to have known this in advance of arrival. Also the sauna was broken and could not be used.

NH Hotels are in general very good. At this particular NH Hotel staff are also going an extra mile for you. I forgot something in the room after check out, came back a couple of hours. Staff went up and looked if the cleaning lady set it aside. It was there and got it back. Thank you!

staff were amazing. I accidentially spilled a glass of wine on the bedsheets- they changed the bedding without fuss or extra charge which I thought they might levy against me. They were great

Convenient for both the motorway and the town centre, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Good sized room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and friendly, helpful staff.

Having to pay for parking

NH upgraded my room to deluxe double room. It was great! Room is clean. Bed is really comfortable. I like it very much. The hotel is located very near the shopping area. Many restaurants are nearby, especially being impressive with Jinh Restaurant in Erlangen - Vietnamese cuisine.
