Location perfect for transport..v near Frankfurt Ostbahnhof for main regional rail U-Bahn & no.11 tram directly outside hotel. Very comfortable, breakfast excellent for €10.50, rooms, beds clean. Staff friendly & helpful. Gluten free bread & Lactose free milk available for breakfast.

Shower head fixing loose (angle setting). Reported 2x but not fixed but still usable. Only offered to change room (not acceptable).

Perfect location, just next to one of the stops of the tram line number 11. It was enough for us (2 adults - 2 children) with a queen bed and a bunker for children. Room cleaning was done every day without need any reminder, thanks to the lady. Easy check in, no card for the hotel entrance or room entrance, done with a code which is good that you don't have to carry a badge with you. Easy to the city center access with tram line 11 because it is literally just outside of the hotel. All in all it was a nice accomodation.

It was too cold during end of the year. Heating with A/C was not good enough. Blankets for the queen bed was one per each person which was small. Room was a little bit small to fit in for 4 person considering the luggages, would be better if like 50% bigger.

The location was nice, right out of a tram stop and just a few steps out of the metro. Supermarket, restaurants, parks, live music, and even a flea market were available by walking distance. The room was clean.

There was no staff, the checking in process was done using an automated totem (with an ipad), it worked fine but it could have been improved by filling out the information in advance to make check in more convenient. While the room was well organized, it was very very small, we mainly used it to sleep, so it wasn't a big deal... but if we have wanted to hang out there instead, it would have felt tiny.

The hotel is clean and very well served by metro and tram. You have good restaurants in the neighborhood to try. We went for Vietnamese and were happy with the choice. You can also walk to the center, but it will take you 25 to 30 minutes. It offers parking in a secure parking at the hotel. Breakfast is available if you pay extra.

The room is small. The one we had for two adults and two children had no closet and just a small table. No room to put your luggage... When you first arrive by car you have no access to parking, but you can't leave it in the street. And yet you need to get to the reception and get a code to access the parking. Breakfast has only one warm option: boiled eggs.

Location is great. Public transports are within walkable distance. Very near to tram station as well as very near to Frankfurt Main Ostbahnhof, from where you can train for Frankfurt Main Hbf. Hauptwache etc.

For first timers, the charging points are Type C and F and we forgot to carry adapters. The stuffs were very helpful and gave us an adapter in exchange of 20 euros as deposit and later returned the amount when we returned the adapter.

For Frankfurt, the price was good and the location is great. Right behind the ECB and near recreational facilities along the river. You can take the train station next to the hotel straight to the airport (only 2 Stops with the correct line)

We paid extra for the breakfast and that price was too steep. The breakfast is good, but not 12 Euro per person good. The rooms are very small, you may have issues with suitcases. We had two rooms and staff was not able to get us rooms next to each other or on the same floor.

I like B&B chain and this one supported that impression. It is a great clean, quality place to stay. Main train station is directly connected via streetcar. Alternatively the metro station is right around the corner. Has decent food options nearby. Generally a calm area, which is exactly what I hoped for. Had everything I needed. I do not want more from my stay, I also don‘t want to pay more - so definitely great value.

This is a clean and practical hotel near the European Central Bank in Ostend, Frankfurt. Well organized, excellent for individual travelers or couples without bulky luggage. Staff are professional and very helpful. Yelda at the front desk is a gem; helped me with tips on the neighborhood (dry clean, good restaurants, easy access to taxi) that came really handy. The hotel is close to restaurants, laundromat and a dry cleaner.

Not much storage space in rooms.

Very nice hotel and not far away from the city center. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel, a nice area with a few bars, restaurants, and bakeries around. No parking but still able to find parking in the neighborhood for free or paid parking nearby.

I accidentally booked a double bed room instead of a twin-bed room and then I messaged the hotel to change this and they confirmed but when I went there it was not a twin-bed room but a double-bed room and the reception was closed to ask for a change.
