Location is naturally very important when one has an early morning flight, so this hotel is perfect in that regard. A very convenient restaurant downstairs with some tasteful options and great staff. Comfortable beds, and suitable bathroom facilities.

The rooms are quite small meaning that there is unfortunately very little room for luggage, and even less when the sofa is in use as the third bed for our child. Reception staff were unable to provide a solution to the fact that our two-room booking was accommodated on different floors of the hotel and lift fobs did not allow travel between floors. A problem when travelling with family.

After a delayed flight and with no luggage or toiletries it was so nice to be welcomed at the reception by a friendly face. They also brought a toothbrush kit for me. Since it was a short stay where I only had time to shower, charge my phone and sleep I couldn't check out the breakfast or any other facilities, but that just means the friendly welcome (a Danish guy, I think?) and room service made for such a difference. Good water pressure in the shower, outlets on the nightstand for chargers, kettle for tea. All my basic needs covered. They also send you thorough directions on how to find the hotel. The first part was a bit confusing and I ended up walking up the wrong stairs a couple of times, but after the first struggle it was easy peasy.

I created a small flood in the bathroom because of the shower curtain.

The hotel was a 15-20minute walk from our airline arrival gate. We were glad we had checked most of our luggage through to our final destination. The walk included escalators, moving walkways and regular walking. There were plenty of cafes. shops, restaurants and bathrooms along the way. The final destination area is a shopping mall, which was closed when we arrived at 8pm. The hotel room was small, but incredibly efficiently equipped, right down to a bottle opener, refrigerator and in-room coffee and tea. The bathtub was generously sized and comfortable, as was the bed. I loved that they installed a reading light for each bedside. The room was on the 7th floor and no traffic noise was heard. The curtains do a good job of light block.

There is another Hilton hotel right next door. I'm sure I'm not the only person who checked in both places for my reservation. When we had determined that the Garden Inn was our final destination, we waited in line for check in, and found that the server was out and it would be awhile. The staff was stressed, but capably and efficiently handled the long line of waiting persons. But in the crush of handling us, the usual directions for internet connections, check out procedure etc, and breakfast option was omitted.

It’s an American style hotel, if you’re missing that.

While it is technically walkable from the airport, there is no signage pointing to it from the airport! You have to know the secret; from the Departure level (not Arrivals!), follow signs to Long-Distance Trains. Keep going toward these signs until you think you’re going to fall off the edge of the earth, and then you’ll start to see gray signs pointing to hotels, including this one. You will eventually find yourself in a mall; Hilton and HGI are to the right, upstairs.

The location is great, just over the bridge toward the Squire and we were able to walk from the airport with our luggage cart directly to the hotel. We arrived after a 11 hour flight and were able to check into our room right away. The staff were great about keeping our luggage cart for us for the next day. The restaurant is open late which is very helpful for late arriving flights and open early for a very nice breakfast before our next leg. The food was excellent and don't miss the bar in the lobby, those bartenders are great and make sure you love your cocktail! Attention to detail! The room was very clean, well equipped and quiet.

Location perfect for arriving via train after a week of travel and flight home the next morning. You literally get off the train, go up several escalators and a short walk and you are at the check-in desk....and already in the airport to fly after. Room was very spacious and comfortable with big TV to watch the Euro semifinals. Breakfast the next morning was excellent....so many options....and no rush....nice civilized end to travels and nothing like the typical American hotel breakfast.

Its in the airport.....but thats also the main convenience about it

I've stayed here many times, always good night's sleep and 10 minute walk to departures in the morning. Rooms very quiet and hotel is next to nice bar and restaurant. Nice to be in a 'normal' hotel after nights with over-sized square pillows and single duvets in other german hotels..

The check-in queues....! Always the same at this hotel, I don't understand why it takes so long to check people in. Normally have to wait around 15 mins to get checked in. Please improve this...

We always stay at this hotel when we fly out of Frankfurt, no matter if we get there by train or car. The vicinity of the train station and terminal 1 makes this a perfect location. The rooms have electricity outlets to accommodate different voltages and plugs.

The price is always a kicker. The closer to the stay you book, the more expensive it gets, obviously. We once paid $450 for a night when we booked a week in advance. So now I book way in advance with the option to cancel, if necessary. BUT, we prefer the peace of mind of being in Frankfurt already on the morning of the flight instead of being stuck in traffic jams and Umleitungs (alternate routes due to traffic jams and construction) on the Autobahn.

We were able to check in early and got the type of room that we had requested. We were also given complimentary breakfast vouchers for the next morning.

The lack of signage at the airport is a problem. For all of the advertising about the Squaire, there should be more signs to help travelers find the hotel. We are repeat guests year after year and even though we can see the hotel from the terminal, we always seem to get lost getting there.

Proximity to Airport and train station (both in walking distance). Swift check-in and check-out process, largely digitized. Clean rooms and nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet was very nice and staff were very friendly (genuinely friendly, not trained friendly!)

Rooms are quite small. OK for a single traveler but if used by 2 people, hardly enough space to put suitcases! My credit card showed an overcharged amount of about 50 EURO as compared to the invoice which was probably the hold. Not sure as to why this antiquated mechanism is still used. Waiting for the final amount on the credit card....
