Close enough to the description of the hotel ! It was clean, self checkin went quick and we did manage how to park the car easily on the street. I highly recommend the quality of the rooms.

Nothing bad, but the u-bahn station is quite far if you are not a good walker. My card at 11.30 PM did not work at the main door (for no reason), we were lucky the other room card worked and we managed to get it. Nothing serious also.

I was picking up my motorcycle from local dealer so the location was perfect as only a 15 min walk away. In terms of the hotel itself, getting your room key is really well thought out. The room was very functional and clean which absolutely fitted my needs. Cherry on the icing for me, was the very excellent Turkish restaurant on the ground floor. Recommended.

For me, the mattress was a little too firm.

A comfortable hotel that's great value for money and a good place to stay in Hamburg. There is also a Turkish restaurant in the same building, which is convenient for dinner. They provide a coffee machine in the hallway and tea bags, which is convenient.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the U-Bahn station, which is a bit of a pain when you have luggage. Also, don't forget to check their emails regarding check-in -- you need a checkin code from the hotel to access the building, and it's a pain if you forget and have to do this on your phone standing outside the hotel!

Close to U-bahn. Good bathroom. Comfortable bed. It’s nice to have the coffee machine (so long as it gets cleaned regularly)

It’s always a bit strange having no staff on site. Thé walls between the rooms seem thin. It would be a problem if you had somebody noisy in the next room.

Large rooms, very clean and the coffee machine is a nice touch. Both bakeries mentioned are very good.

The location is OK but took longer to reach due to engineering work. One thing to note - I didn't just let my door close behind me as it didn't lose completely, I had to pull it to make sure it had fully closed but that may have been unique to my room.

Check in and out is very easy, it is super clean and in winter nice and warm. I personally like to have an electric kettle in my hotel room but it is nothing I would complain about. When I had to leave a day early they reimbursed me one night even though they did not have to.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was quiet with no noise. Liked it. There was free coffee and tea available at the hotel, you barely find that in other hotels.

I wish we could find iron somewhere at the hotel. We could not find any staff or somewhere to ask for an iron for our dress.

a bit far from city center but it’s still fine. Neighbourhood is quiet and calm. But the walls are thin.

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The best part was the coffee machine.

The shower drain was clogged and some water was pooling in the shower. There was no elevator.

Clean and modern; telephone service was friendly and supportive

Private parking lot was very small - only 3 cars fit; but there was free parking on the street
