The hotel is rather simple but clean. The furniture is not new but totally in a good condition. Bed amd pillows were very comfortable. Our windows were facing the street and we didn't hear any noise as well as no noise from our neighbors. Couldn't say anything about breakfast as we didn't order it. Location is not central but I guess it is obvious while booking. More than suitable for that price The Staff was friendly and ready to help: we got earlier check in and also got additional pillow by request. If you are traveling by car and want to save some money that is a good option for you.

The manager was awesome. Above and beyond anything we've ever experienced in service and availability.

Old furniture, needs more maintenance and perhaps a renovation to be more pleasant to the eye, not very good value for money but Hamburg is very expensive anyway I guess

Value for the money. Don’t expect Rixos for 50 EUR! But room was clean and warm. All facilities were in commission. There even was a shower gel. Free car parking just in front.

The receptionist was a bit intrusive.

A bit outdated hotel

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. There is enough space for parking.

One of the mattresses was really bad and my back was killing me the next day, but all in all it’s exactly what you see on the pictures. If you need a stay for 1-2 nights, it’s acceptable. I can’t say much about the safety around the area but from what I saw / experienced it’s very quiet. The furniture is really old though.

Charging point for mobile phone and usb port shower not working

I was able to check in late at night after the reception had closed. The hotel is very close to a bus stop. I got a good impression when I called them around nine p.m., about an hour before the reception closes.

Would have liked clear instructions of where the door was as I was worried about it being locked (turned out it was next to the reception but when you just want to go to bed it's better to be super clear with the details). The bed was a little small for a normal sized man. The person at the front desk could try being a little more friendly at checkout (he wasn't unfriendly but rather disinterested). The area turned out to be mostly industrial and car dealerships and such, not too charming when you want to get breakfast.

Location was great for us, Bus direct to the city center.

The room was not properly cleaned, beer bottles in the room, broken pictures on the wall, door to the bathroom was broken.
