This was my second stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for catching the train from the Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. The staff is super friendly and really goes out of their way to keep their guests happy. The beds are very comfortable and the private bathrooms are a real bonus. The street is noisy, but the windows fully block the noise.

The location is very close to the train station and many nice restaurants, but it is an extremely crowded and noisy area, and you need to be very vigilant and watch for pick pockets.

The reception Mr Hamid is cheerful and he provided us all the information we needed in Hamburg. We like the softness of the towel and the bed is comfortable. I love the choco which is included in their coffee machine. The location is superb, you can reach all attractions and train station on foot and there are small stores nearby selling fruits. Better buy on those area rather than supermarket, it's cheaper and plenty of choices

The elevator is small and it's a bit slow. No facilities but that's fine as Mr Hamid provided a kettle and cups for us. We avail of the breakfast, the menu doesn't change everyday, not much variety but it fill us.

I’ve stayed in this hotel like three times in the past and it always fulfilled my expectations. The room is spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, better than mine at my home. The staff was very friendly and made me feel super welcome. The location is also good around the main station.

The only minus is that the drainage of the shower didn’t work quite well. The water accumulated a bit but in general not a big problem.

Chose for location right by train station. Reception and hallways don’t look like much, but room itself (one with a private bath, on the top floor) was clean and quiet and had an exceptionally comfortable bed (I prefer on the firmer side). There was also a fan, which was great as the weather had been pretty hot. Very nice staff too!

There’s an elevator, but you still have to walk up or down a half flight of stairs to get to each floor. So this is not a great option if you have mobility issues or very heavy bags.

Hotel is situated in 3 minutes from Central railway station and Central bus terminal (ZOB). The room was very very clean, warm and suitable. The stuff was very gentle. Especially Hamid - he has explained me about the city, the most interesting places and how to reach them. Very good and tasty breakfast. I suggest this hotel for travelers who need to stay near bus or railway terminals.

A little but difficult entrance. So I don't suggest this hotel to people with limited fisic capacities.

Spacious room, close to Central Train Station. I had the opportunity to stay in multiple five star hotels throughout Europe but the way Mr. Hamid at the reception welcomed us just made our day. He was an extremely polite and friendly professional gentleman. He explained us and recommended us places as this was my first visit to Hamburg. I’d visit the place again just because of the fine attitude of the staff at the property. Of course the property was extremely close to the central train station and Hamburg’s finest places. I’ll surely come back again!

Well honestly don’t have anything to say!

Very basic and has everything I need. It is clean and the reception staff is very kind and helpful. The bed is very comfortable. The location of the hotel is just 3 minutes walk from the station. It’s very convenient if you’re looking for a place near the station. The area around is just a bit sketchy because there’s a lot of strange people roaming around at night, as a woman traveling alone I felt conscious but otherwise I was safe. You could hear their noises as well from the room.

There was few mosquitoes/fly in the room. And you have to take the stairs after taking the lift to go to your room. A bit hassle but otherwise it’s fine.

Very kind and helpful staff, close to train station in a lively and animated neighbourhood.

A bit tiny and small space

1. The location was excellent. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. I arrived by train and the station is basically just less than 500 metres away. 2. Room was compact, but nowhere to really to unpack a suitcase. 3. Bathroom was clean and enjoyable.

1. Limited menu for breakfast, but it was okay for the price. 2. I find that unpacking a suitcase has to be done on the bed or the floor. There is no dedicated space to leave a suitcase accessible.

Location very convenient for Central Train Station. Very friendly on reception desk. Kept clean and tidy. Breakfast worth paying extra, continental including scrambled or boiled egg.

Noisy neighbourhood, but well soundproofed when windows fully shut. Small, slow lift, stopping on stairs midway between floors, but preferable to always using stairs!
