The staff are very nice and the location of the hotel is good.

The room is just tiny. The shower is basically next to the bed and so is the sink. That gives the whole room a wet atmosphere. The toilet is separated and located next to the door.

We changed our mind about having breakfast in the hotel but were not able to change that part of the booking on arrival. I would have liked to have seen the hotel be more flexible about this. Clearly it has nothing to do with their planning. We ended up forced to have breakfast here and invited a friend to join us, which was no problem. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well. The plug for the hairdryer is very low, so you end up pulling on the cord to use it (I’m only 1.70m, not a giant). Not the hotel’s fault, but on a summer like Saturday evening, the cars outside are very, very loud at night, even from the 6th floor. Just something to consider when booking.

Location, decor, atmosphere, facilities, staff - all superb! Really love the vibe of this hotel and will surely be back. The gym and sauna are an amazing add on, both very clean and well kept. The bar is a place that I would even visit if I weren’t a guest: Live DJ on Thursday, great drinks and an overall good atmosphere. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect if you’re looking to explore Hannover - In the middle of everything but with the beautiful Südstadt district right in front of your doorstep, for a more „local“ experience. Thanks to the great staff! Everyone was super helpful and made me feel welcome during my stay!

I liked the bar and the look and feel of the rooms. There are a few parking spots but they are a little tight to get into with a bigger car. The people working at the hotel were great. The location is good, near the center and near the park.

For some reason the toilet in my room automatically flushed every night at 2AM, that was super annoying. When I told the staff about it I was told that this is normal, it's a setting to keep the toilet clean. There was an huge group (around 20 people) of Russian men staying in the hotel that weekend (wearing flags and the letter Z on the back of their shirts) they were quite annoying, smoking in the hallways and making noise. I think staff were too afraid to do something about it, I did complain about it. Also those symbols are not really something I'd want guests to walk around in if it were my hotel but maybe Hyatt feels differently about that...

Room was very beautiful, I appreciated the accessories and books in the cupboard, all new and comfortable. The live band playing in the lobby "Vergeben" was an unexpected highlight of the stay. So nice you are offering this to your guests.

Breakfast.. for EUR21 pp not enough seats/tables for the amount of rooms in the hotel, space of the buffet way too small - food was almost always empty and not quickly filled up again, inexperienced/ overwhelmed staff disappeared when it got too busy, which was every 10 minutes/people were asking too much.

I booked because there was parking for my automobile. This turned out to be very uncomfortable as the garage is miniscule, difficult to manoeuvre, not available after my first day, and costs a lot. Not recommended for travelers with their own car.

We chose the hotel as we were visiting a concert and wanted to be able to get to the stadium and back on foot. This was absolutely doable. The room was just perfect for one night. We found the solution of the sink and shower being part of the room a cool idea.

We were looking forward to the coffee in the room. Unfortunately, it wasn't stocked up for two. There was only one cup and one glass in the room, even though the booking was for two people. So this showed that the cleaning staff didn't pay attention to having everything available. We thought the charge for breakfast was a bit outrageous, so we didn't have breakfast at the hotel. We went to the bakery around the corner which had a fantastic breakfast for only a fraction of what the hotel wanted.

Hotel us very well placed, in Hanover city centre. The design is unique and modern! Rooms are nice, cosy, warm, and staff very friendly, ready to help at any point! I had an amazing stay! 💛🧡

I have reserved a bigger room. The room can be cleaned better, and my suggestion is for a Brunch option too, as not all tourists are coming for business purposes. 6:00 am to 11:30 am would be perfect for Breakfast or Brunch. 😊🙏

Staff were very nice and flexible. I could stay in the breakfast room after it finished to do some work, the gym is well equipped, sauna and even the minibar are free!

There was no desk in the room. Not a big deal, but that would be the only improvement I'd think of

great design, high quality of breakfast and excellent vibes throughout the hotel bar and lounge area is a real plus to the rooms that provide enough space for everything during a short stay

small car park needs better management (first come first save makes it a lottery game) - but we got a good alternative nearby
