Plentiful Parking, lovely park location above Koblenz, Bus Stop at Hotel takes you directly to "Deutsche Eck" in Koblenz. Tip for Bus Users - with a Mini Gruppe Ticket up to 5 people can travel together for €21.50 into Koblenz and back. Lovely comfortable large rooms. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Food and drinks at breakfast were of a very good quality. I would recommend this Hotel.

Didn't like being charged for two motorbikes parked in one parking space. I discussed this several times with Reception Staff and all refused to Refund the extra parking charge we had on our second room. Before we travelled we hadn't realised there was a parking charge and I normally check carefully that we have free parking. I understand in a city centre they need to charge for parking but this Hotel is literally the only thing there so no reason why the car park should be charged for....

We arrived late at the evening, around 10 PM. The guy at the reception spoke almost no English. At the check-in, he required us to fill some paper forms that were already prefilled with our data. He claimed that we need to provide some missing information, but could not explain what exactly is missing. It came out that nothing is missing. On every question regarding the check-in procedure or even simple things like "when the breakfast begins tomorrow" his answer was "could not say, it is my first night here". Fortunately, in the morning a nice lady was working at the reception and we made everything clear thanks to her. Otherwise, very nice hotel, good breakfast with hot and cold meals.

- Even though this hotel had scathing reviews, I was pleasantly surprised with the facilities of this hotel - The location is really beautiful, the hotel has a beautiful surrounding like a park where you can walk around - The rooms are also nice, the view was also really beautiful (10th floor). There is no air conditioning or air cooler but even in the middle of August the rooms had enough air circulation and was comfortable. especially at night, it cooled down completely and we had a very comfortable sleep - The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The options were endless (from freshly made pancakes to all types of breads, cakes, yoghurts, juices, meat items (even though we did not eat any meat products). - There are supermarkets and restaurants located 10 minutes down the hill from the hotel. The hotel also has a restaurant which serves buffet dinner. - I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two night stay or even longer.

- The water temperature in the shower was extremely hot. Even when I tried adjusting It didn't work. I'm not sure why. Maybe that is something the hotel staff should check.

But don't get me wrong. Even though we have some constructive feedback, but it's because we care and we love this hotel so much! It has the best view overlooking the trees, the hills, can even see glimpse of Rhine river. Very quite surrounding, very nice and big balcony, best view ever from the balcony. The room is just renovated so it looks and smell brand new, it's sparkling clean, we love the layout of the room, bathroom also nice. Breakfast is nice and we like it that it's open until 11am. Location near Koblenz and surrounding. The lighting is also very nice and bright. Lots of lamp here and there, not dark at all.

We could use 1 more pillow. One thin pillow I think is not enough. And also there's no water cooker in the room. I know some hotel chose not to provide water cooker, but at least it should be available if we can borrow one, we don't mind even if we have to pay. We'd like to have some hot tea or coffee in the morning while sitting at the balcony enjoying our best view, but it's such a waste that we can't do that cos no water cooker. The bathtub drainage a bit stuck, water can't quickly disappear after shower. I'm not sure if the room got AC but we stayed in May and sometimes it's very warm in the room. Thankfully we can open the door to balcony whole night and get some cool air while sleeping.

I have stayed there twice now. The hotel has seen better days and now looks a little tired in places. Nevertheless the staff are very friendly, My room was warm, clean and comfortable and the included buffet-style breakfast was excellent. The location offered stunning views from my balcony. The prices of the rooms represent very good value for money. Also there are a choice of good restaurants nearby.

View was good. Hotel is in nature. Higher floors will give better view. Has a free parking. Breakfast is also good. 15 mins from Koblenz city. We did checkin late after 00:00. and worked without issues. Good if you pay not more.

The rooms were outdated, not renovated for long. And not very clean as well. Staff could be little more cooperative. I can only remember how old the rooms looked! Go for it only if you have no other option at low price.

ROOM WIT EXCELENT VIEWS OVER ROLLONG HILLS WITH MEADOWS AND FORESTS. EXTENSIVE BREAKFAST SELECTION. CHECK-IN WAS SMOOTH. RECEPTIONIST VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

WOULD HAVE LIKED AIRCONDITIONING, BUT PROPERTY HAS NO A/C. FRIENDLY RECEPTIONIST GAVE US A FAN WHICH HELPED ON THIS UNUSUALLY HOT DAY - 32 DEGREES.

Hotel was beautiful, rooms were great.

I was disappointed with breakfast. The service at breakfast was bit slow. Multiple days, I experienced people were left waiting for 5 minutes or more because vessels were empty or out of coffee before it being refilled. On one of the days around 9am, almost all the warm food items were over, vessels were empty, people were left waiting for some time before it was refilled. Management needs to proactively ensure food is being refilled.

The welcoming and check-in was very nice, with cute little packs of harribo on each bed. The garden and the breakfast was super, everything was delicious and well prepared. Clean and lovely. The staff were very sweet and helpful.

The extra bed (sofa bed) was small and not very comfortable. Not their fault, however at 6am there was a fire alarm and all the guests came outside for a while, and fire fighters came. However, we didnt see any fire, and still dont know what happened.

The property was about 10pm out of town. The local bus service stopped at the hotel. The countryside was very peaceful & quiet. I’d definitely stay there again.

The pillows were thin & lumpy.
