More than enough healthy options at breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet, even though it was next to the main road. There was always plenty of enough parking, regardless of the time of day.

Two problems with parking. 1. I received a four day card at check in, but I had to run back up to reception daily to have it activated. 2. Parking was 34 Euro per day. Equal quality hotel 500 meters down the road has cheaper parking. Two problems with the restaurant. 1. Brasserie wasn't open the entire trip. 2. The last time I was here they had an excellent menu with multiple steaks to choose from. Now they only had a one page menu with pricey items.

Lovely hotel right next to the river. Reception staff very friendly, very nice lady named Malika checked us in. The room was so comfortable and clean with great air con (which was needed in 38 deg heat!) The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom I think had been newly renovated, with a large walk in shower and Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. Didn’t pay extra for a river view, but we had a lovely view over the front entrance of the hotel and edge of the city, and a great sunset view one night! The breakfast was on special offer for our first morning, at €20 each instead of €29. The breakfast was definitely worth the price, fantastic buffet with everything you could wish for (apart from grilled tomatoes!) in a lovely cool and relaxing restaurant. Coffee self-serve from a machine but it was good coffee. Lovely outdoor terrace serving drinks/lunch, right by the river. The hotel is just a 2 minute walk from Mainzstrand, which has a man made beach by the river with loads of tables, chairs , bars/snacks. A great place to chill out! Only a 5 minute walk into the city and a short 25 min taxi ride from Frankfurt Airport.

We thought the standard breakfast price was a bit high - I think more guests would be encouraged to have breakfast there if a bit more reasonably priced. A lady with a dog in the breakfast room, letting the dog sit in the chair beside her, eating off a plate (plate on chair, not table). The staff shouldn’t allow this as it is unhygienic.

The hotel is excellent - spotlessly clean, very helpful staff, good parking. The highlight is the outdoor restaurant, with excellent food and a view across the Rhine. I was lucky when I stayed that the weather was good enough to sit out and enjoy the atmosphere.

Everything was excellent.

First of all, thank you for helping me with an early check-in. After a long international flight, it is the most welcome and refreshing thing to be able to check in on arrival, rather than to wait for the afternoon. Room: Lovely and very spacious, comfortable, and the sunscreens for afternoon sun were very welcome. The Nespresso machine was nice! Breakfast: wide selection, enough seating for all guests, nice view towards the river. Alternative access to the Dom-wing very convenient. The selection of gallery artworks for sale that was on display, was fascinating. Very supportive to artists to make your premium exhibition space available, with exposure to perhaps a more discerning group of people. A delightful stay, hope I can be back.

Really difficult to criticize anything. Perhaps the shower curtain/shower tray edge could be improved, there is a great deal of spatter, requiring quite a bit if time to wipe the floor. But this is really a minor issue, considering everything else.

Absolutely fantastic location. The restaurant and bar are also wonderful. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of options. We had a river view room and watched the NYE fireworks from the warmth and comfort of our own room. The gym is nice, standard small European gym. But has good equipment, a treadmill and Peloton!

Very close to the old town for Christmas market and sightseeing. Our section of hotel had a side entrance that put us right on the street so we didn’t have to walk all the way back to lobby to leave hotel. This was very handy. Only a 5 minute walk to the Dom. Good restaurant and bar and right off of the river walk. I enjoyed walking there. Room ver comfortable and spacious.

It’s a bit dated. The hallway carpets looked worn and dirty.

The breakfast was amazing although they should provide more big rolls. The Rhine view was divine except that Viking cruise ships sometimes moored outside spoiling the view.

There was no shower cap or cotton buds in the bathroom.

Very clean room. Very quite after hours; able to get a good nights sleep. Helpful staff. Great location near the river and city. Able to easily walk to just about any place we wanted. Good/secure parking

The bathroom could use a blower. However, this was not a big issue for us. Mattress could have been a little softer but that was a minor issue.

The Hilton property was is the best location and the staff was incredible, helpful, friendly and professional.

The food was good but could easily be better, a bit over cooked and over seasoned. Again the staff was awesome and the restaurant was still a really good value for the family.
