Wonderful hotel, great location and unbelievable breakfast ( when compared to American free breakfast). Smallish flat screen TV but didn't matter since everything is in German so we didn't watch. Bathroom was large and very nice but it was a bit strange since the shower wall is glass and you can see the person taking a shower pretty well. I guess there are no secrets in Europe.

I don't really have any complaints. The weather was gorgeous but not so sure how it would be when it gets hot/if it gets hot. We played with the AC controls but nothing was happening, no air rushing, no noise. We never had a day more than 80F and at nights it cooled right down to the high 50S. We opened the window often and while noisy ( can't sleep with the window open as trams never stop really).

The location is super. The train and bus station is just around the corner, but it is very quiet near the hotel. The staff is very nice, everything was quick and pleasant. They also have a website for the quicker checking-out. The bed is large and nice. There is also a really comfortable chair in the room. Nice idea to have colored window glass, it makes the room looking warm and cozy.

A slight disadvantage of the room design is that there is no separate light in the toilet, and there is a glass wall between the room and the bathroom. So, once you turn on the lights in the bathroom, it lights up the whole room. The rooms are soundproof, except the doors to the corridor. You can't hear the neighbors, but you can hear what's in corridor. I hope they read the feedback and will fix it. Otherwise, the hotel is very good.

The breakfast was excellent every morning. Highly recommend adding the breakfast to your stay as it was an easy way to get three teenagers fed before beginning a day of touring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The family suite of rooms were clean and large, just what our family of five needed a week into our Europe trip. This is the ideal location for a family stay in Munich with easy access to all major forms of transportation the city offers. Recommend the nearby Biergarten for an authentic German experience.

The AC wasnt always sufficient but we had unusually high temps while we were there.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff! Loved our stay at this hotel. Staff was helpful to direct us around, we were able to get our public transportation tickets from the hotel which was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent, and my wife and I were able to relax and have a drink in the bar area at night before turning in and was very comfortable in that area. In addition, our daughter left her bathing suit at the hotel and when we called the staff they quickly found it and had it all packaged up for us to pick up on our return back through.

The breakfast was exceptional, wide choice for not vegans, also fruits, homemade yoghurt, and even procecco is possible at 7 a.m. 😂 The pool was very warm, with a jacuzzi, so it was great. I didn't try sauna because I didn't want to go to it naked. But I saw people used it. The bed was extra wide, a lot of windows, all with curtains, so we had a good rest, no noise even on Friday night. In the bathroom, we had all we needed: shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion, fen, etc.

The pillows were not good. I'd recommend changing them. Also, I'd be glad to have drinking water in the room. At least a bottle. And it would be nice to have slippers considering the pool option.

Spacious room with lots of outlets. Nice shower and separate toilet area with its own door. Location was nice and quiet and only a 7 minute tram ride to the HBF, or a 5 minute walk to the S Bahn at Hakerbrucke. Very nice salt water pool(indoor) as well as a rooftop sunbathing area. Has an in room safe The Augustiner Keller beergarten was a 4 minute walk

The refrigerator wasn't very cold, but adequate enough. In the evenings at the pool, they didn't restock the towels, so glad we brought our room ones .

Our stay in the hotel lived up to all our expectations - we really loved everything - form the first moments. Very helpful, friendly stuff, nice room with all necessary amenities, varied copious breakfast, plus possibility to have dinner in the evening. The location was perfect - bus 16 runs every 3-5 minutes and takes you to the railway station or city center in a few minutes. If you come to Munich by plane, it is also very convenient to get to the hotel by S1 or S8 directly without any changes. Next time when we are in Munich we will stay there for sure.

Maybe, if it would be a good idea to have in the bathroom safety rails, as there is a shower bath ( bath tub and shower combo), and these secure rails would really help to use it.

It was a lovely hotel, it was very clean and the reception staff were excellent. The food in the bar was lovely and the breakfast was exceptional. Great location - just a few stops on the tram (outside the door) into the centre of Munich and a 5 minute walk to the train that gets you to the airport (€16).

It was very good. Few minor things - The gym is small (ok when I was in there early on my own but by 8 it was crowded with only 5 people). There is no iron/ironing board in the room but reception will provide one if needed.

Whenever we are in Munich we just check it to Eurostar Grand Hotel … I has never disappointed us … Friendly staff - Very clean hotel - Spacious rooms - Fulfilling pool to calm down after a long day - Nice sauna & gym - Lovely breakfast checking most of the boxes … Great location with a tram station across the hotel - Tram 16/17 take you to Stachus in leas than 5 min (just 5 stops) … Reasonably priced … The best all round hotel in Munich
