The room was clean, the location connected to the public transportation so you can go directly to the city center. You can leave the luggage before check in and after check out and this helped us a lot. There is a non stop bar at the reception, not too many choices, but still nice. A lot of markets nearby

The wi fi was not working very well, also you don’t have too much signal on your phone, so was difficult to be connected non stop to the internet. Also sometimes the AC not working properly. Poor breakfast (not too many choices), but it was good. Far from city center, but we knew this. A mini refrigerator would be very nice in the room. We felt like the staff was much nicer with the german guests, and for us, speaking english, didn’t seem very welcoming, but nothing bad happened, overall was fine.

It’s interior design, bed was really comfortable, staff were excellent and location relatively easy to get to, trams are literally less than 500 meter walk. Close to coffee shop and some restaurants- if you don’t incl the breakfast. Nice bar area. Small bar snacks that were helpful as I arrived late.

Some work going on outside the property maintenance- only mildly disturbing nothing serious small drilling - for the second day prices it could have been discounted given I didn’t want to open the curtains and could hear drilling for short periods. I got a good price the initial day.

The breakfast was great, with plenty of choices to suit all guests - hot and continental choices, along with a good range of hot drinks, juices and even Prosecco ! The room and hotel were modern and very clean throughout. There was a supermarket in the same road. The reception staff were able to supply maps and give recommendations for local restaurants. There is a tram stop a few minutes walk from the hotel.

The room was quite small, with minimal furniture, but we only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't problem. The access to the car park is quite tight, but was manageable.

Good communication with the city center, very good breakfast with good selection. Parking is small and not all places are fit for a big car, but there are public spaces available as well. There is a very big supermarket next door. The reception advised and sold us the group ticket for public transport for 17,8 EUR that was a perfect solution for us. The bed is very comfortable and the room very clean. Overall we left very satisfied.

Would have loved a small shelf under the shower and the water pressure in one of the rooms was very poor.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are what you expect. The room was small, but clean. There is a Kaufland in the nearby and a nice backery. The tram is close to the hotel so you have easy access to public transport.

We stayed only one night so I can not say there are things that we did not like. The only thing is that parking is a bit expensive so we chose to park on the street for free. Also, it is not that close to the city center, but the tram gets you right away there, so no problem, especially since Munich is such a big city.

The rooms are lovely and surrounded with plenty of meal options and supermarkets. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi was so quick much better than back home! The only thing I would suggest is please place tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. I miss my morning cuppa! The onsite parking was really worth it, especially as we had a large van and could park in their small outdoor parking lot.

24 hour bar, vending machines, modern facilities.

Unfortunately on the morning of my second day I tripped over a partially concealed speed bump located a few yards from the entrance of the hotel smashing my face on the concrete resulting in two black eyes, cuts, grazing and severe bruising to forehead and cheek. The speed bump was poorly marked and illuminated. One of my party had previously commented that it was a trip hazard. Unfortunately I was not there when this comment was made

Really nice stay, Breakfast was amazing, they have everything you need (coffee: latte, cappuccino etc., tee, brötchen, joghurt, and waffels that you can make yourself with maple syrup, nutella and a lot of diffrent jam.) The rooms were nice and clean. We really liked the guy who was at the reception at night, he gave us good tipps and he was funny :)

in our opinion the bed mattress was a little bit too hard and we found it disturbing that the bathroom door would not stay open on its own.

Everything was "ok" value for money. Good that there was an elevator.

Room looked and felt smaller than in the hotels of the same level. The hair dryer was a disaster. You should bring your personal, because this one will damage your hair more than others in similar hotels. The worst experience was with the man behind the reception. He did not look mentally in a good place. We felt uncomfortable saying our opinion, because he would start showing weird face expressions or raising his voice. It's the feeling when you are standing close to the ticking time bomb. We were in a very good vacation mood, but this man made us feel very awkward.

We spent the weekend in Munich for Oktoberfest. Location was great, 5-minute walk to the metro (Uban). Similar to other Ibis hotels we’ve been too. Beds are comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast is a huuuge plus! There are sausages, eggs, waffles, yogourt, oat, cereals, chia seeds, cheeses, jams, etc.

One of the receptionnist seemed confused. Upon arrival, he told us that breakfast was included, but when we went for breakfast the next morning, one of the staff members told us breakfast was not included for us. It was complicated when it could have been simple. They ended up charging us 2 breakfasts, instead of 3 in the end, so that was appreciated. There was nothing to close the shower with since the bathroom had an open concept design. This was annoying since water went everywhere when taking a shower at full pressure.
