We chose this hotel for our stay in Munich and were satisfied overall. You can reach the Old Town area by tram right in front of the hotel, though you need to make a transfer to get to the very center. The main train station (Hbf) is also accessible by tram. The hotel was very clean and had all the basic amenities one might need. In terms of value for money, we were quite pleased with our stay.

Of course, the location could have been better, but then it would have been more expensive as well. Other than that, I have no negative comments.

Cheaper rooms are facing street with high traffic and tram. Tram is running until 1 AM or so and you can hear every tram inside your room. Better to pay 5-10 eur more and take more expensive room which is facing garden, then you can sleep.

Room was facing a road and it had a problem with window, window was not adjusted and you can hear noise from the street. I can hear every car passing by, so I've asked to change my room, but they said everything is booked. It was like - we want to help you but no rooms and we can not fix your window. Then after several iterations, around 2 AM they have found another room. It was disappointing. Still giving 8 for location, cleanness and their wish to help.

I liked how well connected to public transport the hotel is. There's a tram station really close by which can take you to the city center and to other stations which are connected to S or U bahn. And there's also an S bahn station close by which connects to plenty S lines. The room and the bathroom we both really clean on the day we arrived and were cleaned daily (unless we put the do not disturb sign on the door handle). But the best thing about this hotel was the buffet breakfast. So many varieties of breakfast foods, vegetarian and vegan options as well, constantly restocked within the breakfast interval and everything was simply wonderful.

Nothing other than the room being a bit small, but for a short trip it was fine.

Already third time I book there. It is very comfortable, clean, simple and have one of the absolute best breakfast ever :)

The only part I wasn't a fan of is that the house keeping will come to your room no matter what. I hanged this sign on the door twice and twice they came in. First time I was out of the room. But second time I was there and she literally came in. I don't like at all :( I need my privacy.

The breakfast was not extravagant but it was more then enough, especially the fresh waffles were the highlight of my morning. The room was very clean, not my preferred style of design but that is not relevant. The service staff was very helpful and always greeted with a smile, what else can I want from a visit?

The only negative aspect of my stay was my pillow, I usually use harder pillows and they were a bit too soft for my taste but I managed with using both of the pillows in the room. Other than that I had no negative experiences.

Great location, very close to metro (S-Bahn) and tram stations. We particularly liked that we just needed to pass through the park behind the hotel to reach the metro platform directly (make sure to walk the skywalk after crossing the park). The room is quiet and cozy and the staff are friendly. They offer free luggage storage service before check-in. Very affordable, exceptional for the price

No kettle in room. Only 1 pillow per person in the room, which was fine but I wished there were a little more.

The go-to place when in Munich, ample parking directly under the hotel (notice height restrictions), decent breakfast, competitive pricing. Location gives good public access with a 700 m walk. Air-conditioning. There's always better hotels available but this is the best all-rounder for a price of 80-110€. Especially when you're traveling with a car, this place is great.

Rooms are just a tad cramped and the partitioning from the room to the bathroom is with a glass door (privacy glass) that gives reflections and has no sound-proofing at all (travel companions?).

Perfect location, rooms are very modern and clean. I like that they serve paninis and drinks 24/7. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent as well but a bit pricey. I stayed here for a metal festival and had no problems getting to and from the event. I drove here and parked in the garage with designated female parking for safety which made me happy. The pillows are a bit small and only 1 per guest. Overall it was a great pick and I would stay here again.

Expensive parking and breakfast could be a tad cheaper

Our stay was great. Room was spacious enough, complimentary water and daily housekeeping. Nice staff and facilities. It was great value for money. It is a bit outside the city (10-15 minute tram) but we wanted to be close to the bus and train station. Tram stop into the city is a few minutes walk

There was no fridge or coffee maker in the room. That would be a great touch! However staff were accomodating to keep our leftovers in the communal fridge so we could enjoy the following day.

Reception staff were fantastic

The reception staff are expected to be superhuman - desk jobs; to prepare food; barista; barman They do a fantastic job, are well trained, and obliging Really great people who helped us deal with a lost passport matter Accor is expecting an unreasonable amount from the staff - maybe you need a third person to do the catering side? As to the room, this would benefit from having a safe The shower would benefit from handrails to assist those who are physically challenged We have used Ibis in London, Berlin, Paris, and enjoy the value
