Close proximity to 100 metres central railway Hbh, 5 min walk, automated check in was smooth and easy. If you have any issues the Kings hotel is just across the road can help. Short Walking distance to restaurants, a laundromat, a small shopping mall, and Aldi. Round the corner from the hop on hop off bus starting point. A bit on the seedy side in the evenings, but did not feel unsafe.
Advertised as apartments but they are not. Sold as an apartment, with kitchenette, with coffee maker, microwave, sink and fridge, and having to pay around €38 to have pots and pans, plates, cups etc included. What you in fact get is a hotel room with a basic coffee maker on the table, a fridge and a locked cabinet that you have to pay €20 per night to unlock to use the ‘kitchenette”. This hotel has to decide if it’s an apartment or a hotel, and charge the appropriate tariff, not sell As an apartment, then make you pay extra on arrival to upgrade from a hotel room to an “apartment” in a cupboard. I believe this is misleading and needs addressing by the owners and booking.com in the descriptors.

The room was small but prettily decorated. The bathroom was large and brand new and had generous amounts of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body cream. There was a small fridge, a water cooker to make tea and coffee, and a microwave. It was spotlessly clean, the safe was easy to use. The hotel offered lockers to store our suitcases until the evening of our check-out day; plus, the hotel had a laundry mat for those staying longer. The breakfast in the main hotel across the street was delicious and offered a large variety of food, including a hot soup! The electronic check-in is easy to use. There is a reception desk at the King's First Class hotel across the street, in case of problems. The staff at the main hotel was very friendly. The location is conveniently close to the main train station and public transportation. Next time, we would like to try out the King's City Center Superior.
Unfortunately, the hotel is on a busy street. Despite the double windows, we didn't sleep well due to the incredibly loud trams that passed through there -we were on the 6th floor. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that does not face the street. And just a little tip for the breakfast staff: the scrambled eggs and the Weisswurst were cold although on a hot plate - may help to keep pots covered.

Being able to check in and out on my own was great. The terminal on the property works fine. I didn’t have to create an account to access the room management either which was great. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The amenities were great. There was even a microwave and cutlery.
The area near Hauptbahnhof isn’t great. There are much better areas or neighborhoods to choose in the city. One minor complaint is that the tram might make it slightly noise from time to time if the room faces that side of the street. Maybe something to improve - the link for check in didn’t work and it wasn’t clear until I arrived at the location. I always appreciate when the check in process is explained clearly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would happily book it again. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and we appreciated that we could open the windows. The lockers (10 lockers in total) were especially convenient — they’re free to use with your room card, even after check-out, and big enough to fit a lot. The location is also great, it's just a five-minute walk from the main train station, easy to reach the city center on foot, and with plenty of shops, bakeries, and even a Lidl right nearby. It was nice to have an elevator as well as an iron and ironing board available. A small bonus is that if you stay longer than two nights and skip room service, you get a €10 voucher for the bar or breakfast. The staff we came across were friendly, and overall, for Munich, the value for money was excellent.
The area around the train station can feel a bit sketchy in the evenings, but we never felt unsafe. Check-in is fully self-service, including setting up your own room card, which worked fine with the clear instructions provided, though it’s not quite as relaxed as having a receptionist. One thing to note is that there’s no luggage storage before check-in, since you need the room card to access both the hotel and the lockers. Also, the air conditioning was a little tricky to figure out.

The room which we stayed so far was very accommodating. I love the bed how comfortable it was, the space was well equipped that they use every corner for that room to fit it all. Thankyou for the free bottle of water and also the voucher but unfortunately we haven’t used it. Also, checking-in and checking-out digitally was smooth although it’s just kinda weird cause no one to greet you at the reception but we don’t have a problem. The place is near to the train station, buses and trams. Also near to bars and restaurants. There’s an express bus also going to the airport. I love everything there.
It would be better if they have a kettle to boil water. I think that’s they’re missing.

It had a comfortable bed, good sized bathroom, a fridge and some dishes like glasses, plates and cutlery. It also had an iron and ironing board which was useful. The room was cleaned well. I liked having a windows onto the street. I appreciated being able to store our luggage on the day we departed until 6pm in the lockers in the basement. The location was very good being close to the railway station and the Marienplatz was about a 20 minute walk.
It would have been good to have a kettle in the room rather than the coffee machine. The self checkin device was rather tricky but there was a phone in the foyer and the person on the other end solved the problem.

Rooms were clean, modern, we got a little present upon arrival (Haribos), coffee and tea in the room, microwave and a fridge. The bathroom was spacious with a nice shower. We also had a hairdryer. If you stay for at least 2 nights, you can get a voucher that you can use for the abundant and tasty all-you-can-eat breakfast across the street in AdvaKing Hotel. Location is great, close to the train station, metro station, the old town is just a couple of streets away on foot. Nice restaurants and beergardens nearby (5-15 mins on foot).
This hostel does not have a receptionist, you check yoruself in - which is weird and makes it a bit unfriendly. But it is nice to know that you can just go to the hotel's reception if you want to speak to a staff member. There is also a luggage storage in the basement you can use, however, there aren't too many lockers - it could be expanded a bit so more people could store their luggage there.

The hotel was very convenient for Munich Hauptbahnhof. The check in process, despite there being no staff on site, was very easy. The room was very clean and comfortable and facilities like the room safe, tv, hairdryer and shower and free toiletries were excellent.
I had a street facing room and did find it quite noisy, with the tram running outside, general vehicle traffic, emergency sirens going by often and a noisy bar across the street. Also building work going on nearby. However the hotel is in the centre of the city and my visit was immediately before Oktoberfest, so I won't be too critical of the hotel. The bed was comfortable so the noise didn't keep me from sleeping.

Fairly easy to access. Very big duplex room. Clean. Fairly quiet because of top floor.
Be cautious that the facility is near train station. Demographic of people not the best and a lot of pubs and lightly intoxicated people on weekends. Although check was easy, instructions on how to code your keycard could be easier. In the room that was only one negative call out. In the top floor there was another door that you could not secure with a deadbolt. It also had this emergency sign that was brightly lit during the night. My kids are still small and do not like sleeping with door closed but with them open it was quite bright due to the light.

Hotel location is really great – close to the railway station, with a lot of public transport stops around. Room is a bit smaller than it looks on pictures, but has a nice view to the lively city street. Room also has a small hidden kitchen set that works perfectly. There're a lot of places to eat or drink around.
We've booked two rooms: on the 1st and 5th floors. During night the sound of water in pipes on the 1st floor is much louder, so you can definitely distinguish it from the noise of the city. Also by default staff will knock the door every morning at 9 am unless you find the not very visible "Don't disturb" button on the door knob – I've expected room cleaning to start around 11 am (same as checkin time), not 9 am.
