We spent 5 days at this hotel and were very satisfied with our experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was of excellent quality, providing a great start to each day. A notable highlight was the complimentary coffee and apples available in the lobby at all hours, which was a convenient and thoughtful touch. The staff were professional and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location is very convenient, with a metro station nearby, making it easy to explore the area.

There is a red heating light in the bathroom but in fact it does not give any warmth.

The room was clean with refrigarator and coffe machine. Big plus its exacly near train station like 50 meters that goes direcly to all turist atractions and a super market. Bottle of water in the room is free but if you want Still water you have to say it.

The breakfast !Its bad , evrything was bad. You could see the fruit and vegetables are not fresh. A blind person could see they were deep in the refrigarator. If you go after 8:30 no cups no plates, very few options and every day the same. My opion just go to REWE is exacly 50 meters from the hotel go there is bacery and coffe. Its shame a good hotel to have such a bad breakfast offering. The jym is a a small room with 3 - 4 machines for runing and some waits.

This hotel offered great value for money! It is not necessarily central but youre in the city centre very fast by train and are in a very quiet area! Breakfast is exceptional and the rooms are solid nice rooms, offering everything you need for a short term city stay. Staff was super friendly and accomodating! The room even provided a fridge for your own snacks, leftovers etc.

Parts of the interior of the room (carpet, lamps) were a bit old fashioned and also the carpet was not the cleanest. The area is more a residential area, so not a lot of restaurants etc.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. Service was top-notch, and I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch. The hotel was quiet and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Whether you're visiting Munich for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. Great value, excellent hospitality, and a very convenient location. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Great hotel for visit to central Munich. We had a car, and found that parking in central Munich was approx 30 euros a day. So decided to book this hotel as it is right next to the train station to commute. Buying tickets at the station was easy. The hotel is a bit of a corporate hotel, but has lovely facilities, breakfast room is nicely done although large. But plenty of choice for breakfast, very good breakfast. Comfy room and nice bathroom. Efficient check in, good lifts and parking. There is a shop right next to the hotel and a couple of good restaurants.

All good. The hotel is next to a large Seimens plant but is not obtrusive at all.

Perfect location to visit Munich city. Hotel is next to P+R parking of Neuperlach Munich. Staff at reception was quite friendly and Mr. Hannan M. was happy to help and guide us with some tips about visit to the city. Rooms were clean and comfortable with super clean bath+toilet area. Hotel has a nice basement parking (paid) which makes the visit quite convenient as one can use pu lic transport to visit the city.

We felt 19 per person for breakfast is bit on higher side (even with large spread) especially for a family with kids and hence we chose to go out for breakfast at a bakery.

We loved the breakfast, and variety of options. The room was comfortable. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the underground trains, which is very helpful.

We were a bit concerned with room cleanliness. We found hairs all over the pillows on the first night, which made us think they weren't changed. We asked for them to be changed the next day (i.e., removed the covers and left them separately), and they were. On another day, we found some of the pillows placed on the floor after the room was cleaned, which we thought was strange.

The hotel has all the necessary amenities in the room, and more. For example you don't just get an electric kettle, but also a pod espresso machine, with both instant and pod coffees, teas, milk and sugar/sweetener being replenished daily, with a bottle of sparkling water, all free of charge. And if you run out of any of those, you can just get more from the housekeeping staff, if you happen to see them around while they are working. The bathroom is really nice, with a great shower and a heating lamp overhead, that you can activate on a timer. Beds are very comfortable, and the TV is really big, with great picture quality. Across the hotel is a big parking lot, and the hotel has it's own too. It is very close to the last U5 line metro station, just about 300 meters away, so you can easily go around Munich and back, if you want.

The sink and faucet, while nice looking are not the best combo. The faucet is too fiddley, while the sink is shaped like a wok. So, if you happen to turn on the waterflow to high, you will get yourself (and the bathroom) covered in water. Although I am a level 3, and got the discount on the room, I didn't get a free breakfast, which costs almost 20€ a day. Also, it's not the hotel's fault, but next to it is a big construction site at the moment, and you can forget about sleeping past 8 AM if you have a window open, because the construction site becomes very noisy after that time. Again, this is just currently, and not the hotel's fault.

The hotel is excellent and has a high level of comfort and service. The breakfast is delicious and rich - "buffet". Good room with coffee maker (coffee and tea supply was updated every day), TV, comfortable beds. The room is quiet enough. On the ground floor there is a bar.

From the metro (this is the final stop of 5 lines) you have to go up along the route about 10 minutes - for elderly and disabled it is not very convenient, and take a taxi for such distance does not make sense.

Pleasant staff, clean room, good location.

The breakfast was a bit overcrowded and staff was not willing to cook eggs even though there was a live cooking station, it was mostly abandoned. The boy who was supposed to clean tables was making circles in the hall collecting few plates here and there, but not cleaning the tables to free them up for new guests. Room and hotel design is a bit questionable, especially the variety of colors of the led lighting by the window and large red leather armchairs an the reception..
