The room was a standard Novotel Hotel room. It was definitely clean, well lit and spacious. I like how they choose different color to provide theme to their rooms. My room had all the basic stuff that you would need. It was cleaned every day during my 3 night stay. The lobby and dining areas are designed nicely. I really like that they provided a panel next to TV to plug in cables to work with the TV e.g. HDMI. The Wifi was super easy to connect had a very good speed. The breakfast was very good with many options, staff was super friendly. The Sbahn was 15 mins walk and trams were 7 mins walk away. The Lime scooters and cycles were available near by.

The whole room moved when someone closed the door of another room. These bangs really spoiled the calmness in my room. Although, I booked a single room, my room had a door to another room which was locked. However, I could hear the people in the other room talking which was not very good experience and a privacy concern. Soggy/dead mattresses. The lights in the washroom emit quite some heat, if you stand there for sometime, you feel your face is hot.

Nice and easy clean comfortable

We asked for a twin room a couple of times after booking and prior to checking in and on check in however they said this wasn’t available so as two friends we would have to share a bed, yet upon checking in to the room there was a sofa bed which made a full size double Bed yet they never offered making this up as an option. Turns out there was a spare duvet and pillow in the wardrobe, It would have just been a much better stay and we’d have been a lot happier if they’d have thought or offered this option instead of us having to set it up and figure it out.

The quality of service and the level of courtesy of the staff were at the highest level. They answered every question in detail and took their time to address every issue thoroughly without rushing.

I think it would be more appropriate if the sign above the areas with electric charging units in the parking lot read: “Please use this area only to charge your vehicle.” Currently, customers can park their internal combustion engine cars in these spaces without checking whether there is a charging device. Some electric cars also park in these areas even if they don’t use the charging devices. Because of this, I couldn’t use the charging unit at the hotel, even though there were 12 e-charging outputs available. Fortunately, the reception staff were very attentive and helped me resolve my issue.

We stayed for four nights while we were in town visiting our family. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, gave us a quiet room so we’d be comfortable during our stay. Everyone was so friendly. We used the gym, sauna, had breakfast once during our stay. We also really liked the ambience, the hotel is very family friendly.

It’s a bummer that the sauna only operated between 3 pm and- 11 pm. For us who like to workout in the morning, it would be nice to at least start it by 9 am; or have it on demand if it doesn’t make sense energy wise. Breakfast is amazing, and it would be great to have a smaller option (coffee / croissant ) if you don’t want to go all out with a full breakfast menue.

We recently stayed at the Novopart Hotel in Munich for four days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, especially if you're looking to explore the city with ease. It’s well-connected to public transport, making it simple to get around, yet still in a quiet enough area that you can relax after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights for us was the underground garage. We could park our car and bikes securely and didn’t have to worry about finding parking in the city. The convenience of having parking on-site was a major plus and made getting around Munich by bike or underground even more hassle-free. The hotel itself feels very safe and well-maintained, which added to our peace of mind throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, we highly recommend Novopart Hotel for anyone looking for a convenient, safe, and comfortable place to stay in Munich. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the city.

The carpets in the rooms are not ideal for those who have dust allergies

I recommend the hotel. Good location for exploring the city. Close distance to the train, which goes to the city center. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area. The room was well-equipped, modern, and comfortable. City parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The hotel also has a private garage for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. Very good and varied breakfast.

The lady working at the hotel bar in the evening during our stay was unfriendly, and her gestures showed a lack of willingness to serve the customer. This was not a good representation of the hotel.

- Size of the suite was large and our rooms were serviced everyday - Breakfast was amazing and very good choices - Location was a short 2-3 min walk to tram station taking tram no 16 or 17 to Alstadt Munich

- would have been nice to have a paid laundry room where guests can access washing machine or dryer at additional cost as their laundry service was very expensive

Superb breakfast.

Almost all the staff were friendly except for one guy at the reception. When I asked about the possibility of adjusting the sauna temperature he was bit of rude to me and said it is not possible (which is totally fine) but then he keep saying nobody really using sauna this time of the year as the current temperature is warm enough so outside already is feeling like you are in a sauna (didn't feel like it was a joke)

It was very modern and clean. The room was spacious. It is about a mile from the main train station which is definitely walkable. If that is too far, you can take the S Bahn to the Donnersbergerbrüke station and only have to walk about 4 blocks.

While the cost of the room was reasonable, the cost of food~either breakfast which was not included with the room or meals in the restaurant~was vert expensive. My husband and I spent $65.00 for two beers and two large salads with chicken.

The hotel was a nice place to spend a few days visiting München with small kids. We appreciated the playing are at the restaurant, may be some more toys or modern stuff would make it even better . Breakfast buffet was very nice

The hotel is well located 5/10 minutes by train from the station and the old town. However, there is almost nothing around the hotel. No other restaurants, cafes, parks. We had to eat at the hotel restaurant for dinner and the food was nothing more than acceptable.
